• Hands-on experience on Dornier film lines and Jkampf slitting machines
• Good exposure on TDO chain maintenance and overhauling
• Spare part management
• Exposure on Extrusion vacuum system
• Development & implementation of PM schedule/Lubrication schedule and various machine checklists
• Capability of New development /modifications as per plant requirement
• Maintenance /Trouble shooting exposure on metallizing machines.
• Preferably exposure on utility machines i.e chillers/air compressors/boiler

Requirements

• Execute plant production in order to meet the production target
• Ensure availability of adequate raw material
• Implement work schedules
• Ensure proper stock handling inclusive of consumable parts and spares
• Monitoring and supervision of the entire process
• Strictly ensure the compliance with the virgin to approve ratio

• Ability to understand importance of SOP creation and Implementation
• Ensure waste minimization
• Ensure proper functioning of waste recycling plant
• Ensure compliance with the quality standards in the production process
• Able to measure important characteristics of material or production process to determine the variation in quality parameters
• Able to implement the plans for the Management of waste i.e handling, storage, collection of wastage.
• Removal of the waste from the production area for proper working conditions
• Execute standard operating procedures for procedure and EHS compliances
• Knowledge of BOPET/BOPP/ CPP products ,Manufacturing  process & Equipment
• Ability to think out of the box  and can create innovative solutions to work problems

Responsibilies

• Execute Operation & B/D maintenance (Preventive / Predictive/proactive) for smooth running of electrical equipment's with maximum up time
• Ensure troubleshooting of electrical installation as and when required
• Ensure the availability of spares / consumables by timely indenting / follow-ups with purchase/ vendors
• Consumables / Spares inspection for quality check Vendor Developments for quality spares / repairs
• Able to take action during troubleshooting on an urgent basis
• Ensure clean and hygienic working conditions & safe handling of electrical equipment's Ensure adherence to safety practices and procedures as per set norms
• B. E/ B. Tech in Electrical and Electronics with minimum 3-4years of experience or Diploma in  Electronics Eng. with 5-8 years
• Working and troubleshooting exposure on Siemens Step7 / starter / Winccc and TIA portal
• Preferably working experience with BOPET/BOPP film industry or any Siemens system house
• Working experience on Pressure Sensors, Read Switches, Proximity Switches, UPS, Temperature Controllers), Rtd, Thermocouples, Pressure Control Loop, Temperature Control Loop, Relay Logic, Digital Weighing Balance, Control Valves (Pneumatic, On – Off , Motorized)

• Should have good understanding of Purchase procedure (P2P) -including PR, RFQ, Comparative, PO, Invoice processing
• Handling purchase and supply of packing materials i.e., pallets, ply wood, LDPE films, bubble films etc.
• Must have strong and proven supplier base for the packing materials
• Handling sourcing of LDPE, PP materials
• Demonstrates sound knowledge of local and upcountry transporters with strong network of reliable transports  
• Receives PR/Indents from user, evaluate.
• Follow up on the RFQ and offer collection from Local market
• Obtain Technical closure from respective users
• Prepare Comparative statement, approvals and Purchase orders and service contracts.
• Market survey and intelligence reports
• Perform jobs/tasks assigned by Purchase manager to achieve common goal/objective of organization
• Monitor pending PO/PR and f up
• Monthly reconciliation of the PR/PO
• Submission of relevant documents i.e. PO, MRN, Invoice to finance
• F up with Finance for payment as well vendor dispute resolution
• Liasing with user dept, transporters etc
• Qualification-Graduate OND or HND in Mechanical or material science from a Reputed institute
• Work Experience-8+ yrs of Industry Exposure (Preferably from food processing, FMCG, packaging)
• Techno commercial knowledge will be plus
