    Fire Saftey Officer

    Job Purpose:

    The Fire Safety Officer is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive fire safety policies, procedures, and practices to safeguard lives, property, and the environment within the factory premises. The role ensures compliance with fire regulations, proactive risk assessments, and the promotion of fire safety awareness among all employees.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop, implement, and periodically update fire prevention and protection strategies tailored to factory operations and risks.
    • Conduct audits and fire risk assessments across all areas, including chemical and flammable material storage; recommend corrective actions where necessary.
    • Investigate all fire-related incidents and false alarms to determine root causes, and provide recommendations to prevent future occurrences.
    • Plan, organize, and deliver fire safety training to employees, contractors, fire marshals, and safety marshals.
    • Keep training materials current and ensure all training records are accurately maintained.
    • Organize regular fire drills and contribute to the training of emergency response teams in collaboration with the Health & Safety Manager.
    • Assist in the development of emergency response plans, fire evacuation procedures, and fire safety policies.
    • Promote awareness and best practices in fire prevention across all levels of staff.
    • Oversee the regular inspection, testing, and maintenance of firefighting equipment, fire alarms, signage, and emergency exits.
    • Monitor the effectiveness and condition of fire doors and automatic fire detection and alarm systems.
    • Maintain comprehensive records of all fires, false alarms, and associated debriefs and lessons learned.
    • Support the development and review of Personal Emergency Evacuation Plans (PEEPs) for employees requiring assistance.
    • Ensure all data handling related to fire safety is confidential and compliant with data protection laws and corporate standards.
    • Uphold a safe working environment in accordance with health and safety policies and practices.

    Requirements:

    • Degree or diploma in Fire Safety Management, Occupational Health and Safety, or related field.
    • Certification in fire safety, firefighting, or emergency management is highly desirable.
    • Minimum of 3–5 years experience in fire safety within an industrial/manufacturing environment.
    • Knowledge of local fire codes, safety standards, and risk management principles.
    • Strong communication and training delivery skills.
    • Excellent attention to detail and analytical abilities.

    Instrumentation Engineer

    Role Description

    • Designing and developing control systems and instrumentation for industrial use.
    • Specifying and procuring the necessary instrumentation and equipment for new or existing processes.
    • Calibrating, testing, and maintaining instrumentation to ensure accuracy and reliability.
    • Implementing and managing control systems to monitor and regulate processes and operations.
    • Collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams to integrate instrumentation with overall system design.
    • Conducting research to develop new instrumentation and improve existing technologies.
    • Preparing and reviewing technical documentation, including design specifications and maintenance manuals.
    • Ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
    • Providing technical support and troubleshooting for instrumentation-related issues.
    • Training and supervising technicians and other personnel on the operation and maintenance of control systems.
    • Monitoring system performance and implementing adjustments to optimize production and efficiency.
    • Staying current with technological advancements and industry trends to recommend upgrades and enhancements.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor\'s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
    • Process Control and Instrumentation skills
    • Troubleshooting and Calibration skills
    • Electrical Engineering knowledge
    • Minimum of 5 years experience in industrial instrumentation
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
    • Professional certifications in instrumentation or related areas

    Mechanical Engineer / Technician

    1. Perform preventive or break down maintenance and repair in a safe, manner in line with Evans TPM standard procedures.
    2. Perform basic inspections required on machine routinely 
    3. Install and /or replaces new or reconditioned repair part.
    4. Perform basic trouble shooting on mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic system.
    5. Keeping up to date inventing of mechanical spare. 
    6. Cleaning and lubricating gears, shaft, bearings and other machinery part and documenting all operations.
    7. Assisting in overall improvement programme of all company.
    8. Regulating downtime by enlightening production staff on standard preventive maintenance methods and monitoring thein compliance.

    Soap Machine Operator

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Operate soap production machinery such as mixers, plodders, cutters, stampers, and wrapping machines.
    • Monitor machine operations to ensure production standards are met.
    • Load raw materials (e.g., oils, fragrances, colorants) into machines as per production instructions.
    • Adjust machine settings (temperature, speed, feed, etc.) to optimize efficiency and product quality.
    • Conduct regular quality checks on finished products (shape, weight, consistency, etc.).
    • Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or deviations from standard operating procedures.
    • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure continuous operation.
    • Follow safety and hygiene guidelines strictly to maintain a safe work environment.
    • Maintain accurate records of production output, downtime, and materials used.
    • Work closely with supervisors and maintenance teams to meet production targets and resolve issues promptly.
