    Our client is an Immigration company looking to hire suitable personnel for the role of a Social Media Manager/ PR/ Communications Manager. 

    Job brief

    We are looking for a talented Communications Manager to nurture a strong industry network, increase awareness and develop an enviable corporate image by developing and executing effective communication. You will manage the company’s image in a cohesive way to achieve marketing goals.

    We expect you to be up to date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively.

    Ultimately, you should be able to handle social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop a marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics.

    • Collaborate with other teams to ensure brand consistency.

    • Coordinate all public relations activities.

    • Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals. 

    • Manage social media presence to engage audiences across traditional and new media.

    • Manage social media inquiries and interview requests.

    • Create content for marketing and communications purposes. 

    • Monitor, analyze and communicate Social Media & PR results on a monthly basis.

    • Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising on an on-going basis.

    • Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them.

    Requirements

    • Proven working experience in a related field required.

    • Exceptional writing and editing skills.

    • Solid experience with social media including blogs, Facebook, Twitter, etc.

    • Hands-on experience in content management.

    • Excellent copywriting skills.

    • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video).

    • Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics.

    • Knowledge of online marketing channels.

    • Familiarity with branding strategies. 

    • Excellent communication skills.

    • Analytical and multitasking skills. 

    Schedule: Monday - Friday

    Salary: ₦80,000 -  ₦200,000

    As a business development manager, you'll identify new business opportunities in order to generate revenue, improve profitability and help the business grow.

    Your work can involve careful strategic planning and positioning in the appropriate markets, or enhancing the operation of the business, position or reputation in some way.

    Your work will often reach across all areas of the business.

    Responsibilities

    As a business development manager, you'll need to:

    • Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.

    • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.

    • Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients.

    • Ensure staff are on board throughout the organisation and understand the need for change and what is required of them.

    • Liaise with the team and departments as appropriate.

    • Attend seminars, conferences and events where appropriate.

    • Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world.

    Requirements

    • Proven work experience as a Business Development Officer in Sales, Marketing or related field.

    • Organizational and multitasking abilities.

    • Interpersonal skills for building and developing relationships with clients.

    • Tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets.

    • Ability to work under pressure.

    • Team Working skills and a collaborative approach to work.

    • Time Management skills.

    Schedule:

    • Monday - Friday

    Salary: ₦80,000 - 200,000
