    Client Relationship Executive

    Location: Lekki-Maruwa, Lagos
    Job Responsibilities

    • Cultivating solid relationships with clients.
    • Creating a positive onboarding experience for new clients.
    • Regularly interacting with clients through telephone calls, email communications, or face-to-face meetings.
    • Maintaining an accurate record of all existing and potential clients.
    • Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
    • Training and providing overall guidance to client service employees.

    Qualifications

    • First Degree in a related field.
    • 1 - 2 years of proven experience working as a client servicing executive.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

    Social Media Officer

    Location: Lekki-Maruwa, Lagos

    Responsibilities

    • Develop creative and engaging social media strategies.
    • Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels.
    • Create engaging multimedia content (and/or outsource this effectively) across multiple platforms.
    • Develop, launch, and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote the firm.
    • Form key relationships with influencers across social media platforms.

    Qualifications

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Strong copywriting and editing skills suitable for each platform, from knowing how to write a successful tweetusing effective storytelling techniques.
    • Knowledge and understanding of algorithms and search engine optimization.
    • Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas.

    • Assist with finance and admin-related tasks.
