    Shift Supervisor

    The Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all processing activities during assigned shifts, ensuring production targets, food safety, Halal integrity, operational efficiency, and workforce discipline are maintained.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise slaughter, processing, packaging, and cold-chain operations.
    • Monitor production output against daily throughput targets.
    • Ensure compliance with HACCP, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Sanitation standard operating procedures (SSOP), and Halal requirements.
    • Coordinate manpower allocation across production lines.
    • Investigate operational deviations and implement corrective actions.
    • Prepare shift performance reports and operational KPIs.

    Qualifications

    • HND/BSc in Food Science, Animal Science, Engineering, Production Management, or related discipline.
    • Minimum 5 years\' experience in industrial food or meat processing operations

    HALAL Complaint Butchers

    Responsible for conducting Halal slaughter and carcass processing operations in strict accordance with Islamic principles, animal welfare standards, company procedures, and international food safety requirements.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct Halal slaughter in accordance with approved Islamic procedures.
    • Ensure proper recitation and observance of Halal requirements.
    • Perform dressing, skinning, evisceration, splitting, deboning, and carcass preparation.

    Job Summary

    The Industrial Sanitation Officer is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation across processing areas, production lines, equipment, cold storage facilities, utilities, and support infrastructure in compliance with SSOPs, GMP, HACCP, Halal requirements, and food safety regulations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Execute cleaning and sanitation schedules for production and non-production areas.
    • Clean and sanitize processing equipment, tools, conveyors, and workstations.
    • Ensure proper handling, storage, and application of approved cleaning chemicals and disinfectants.
    • Maintain sanitation records and cleaning verification logs.
    • Support pest control, waste management, and environmental hygiene initiatives.
    • Assist Quality Assurance and Food Safety teams during inspections and audits.
    • Report sanitation deficiencies, contamination risks, and maintenance concerns.
    • Comply with occupational health, safety, and environmental procedures.

    Requirements

    • Knowledge of industrial cleaning and sanitation procedures.
    • Understanding of food hygiene and contamination prevention principles.

    Qualifications

    Job Summary

    The Mechanical Maintenance Technician is responsible for the inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and continuous reliability of all mechanical equipment and utility systems within the facility. The role supports uninterrupted production by ensuring the optimal performance of slaughter and processing equipment, conveyors, hoists, refrigeration systems, boilers, compressors, rendering equipment, wastewater treatment systems, and other critical plant infrastructure.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment and plant utilities.
    • Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical faults to minimize operational downtime.
    • Maintain slaughter lines, processing equipment, conveyors, pumps, valves, compressors, boilers, refrigeration systems, and associated infrastructure.
    • Monitor equipment performance and recommend reliability improvements.
    • Participate in planned shutdowns, equipment overhauls, and commissioning activities.
    • Maintain maintenance records, work orders, and equipment history logs.
    • Ensure compliance with food safety, occupational health and safety, and environmental requirements.
    • Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing equipment availability and operational efficiency.

    Requirements

    • Strong mechanical troubleshooting and fault-diagnosis skills.
    • Knowledge of industrial maintenance practices and reliability systems.
    • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, manuals, and technical specifications.
    • Understanding of maintenance planning and preventive maintenance programs.

    Qualifications

    • OND/HND or Technical Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
    • Minimum of 3–5 years\' experience in industrial maintenance, preferably within food processing, manufacturing, Fast moving consumer goods (FMCG), or heavy industrial environments.
    • Experience working with refrigeration, processing, or utility systems will be an added advantage.

    Electrical & Automation Technician (Maintenance Officer)

    Job Summary

    The Electrical & Automation Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing electrical, automation, instrumentation, and control systems across the facility. The role ensures the reliable operation of electrical infrastructure, Programmable logic controller (PLC)-controlled equipment, motors, sensors, automated production systems, refrigeration controls, and utility systems critical to continuous factory operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and automation systems.
    • Maintain PLC-controlled equipment, instrumentation, sensors, control panels, and automated production systems.
    • Diagnose electrical faults and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
    • Monitor electrical distribution systems, switchgear, transformers, motors, and power infrastructure.
    • Support calibration and maintenance of process instrumentation and control systems.
    • Participate in preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
    • Maintain electrical schematics, maintenance records, and equipment documentation.
