Shift Supervisor
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 5 - 10 years
- Location Abuja
- Job Field Agriculture / Agro-Allied , Engineering / Technical
The Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all processing activities during assigned shifts, ensuring production targets, food safety, Halal integrity, operational efficiency, and workforce discipline are maintained.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise slaughter, processing, packaging, and cold-chain operations.
- Monitor production output against daily throughput targets.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Sanitation standard operating procedures (SSOP), and Halal requirements.
- Coordinate manpower allocation across production lines.
- Investigate operational deviations and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare shift performance reports and operational KPIs.
Qualifications
- HND/BSc in Food Science, Animal Science, Engineering, Production Management, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years\' experience in industrial food or meat processing operations
