JOB DUTIES /RESPONSIBILITIES:

• 1Performs preliminary planning and establishes direction for audits, provides leadership to assigned auditors by reviewing their works and providing guidance, manage project to quality outcomes, while meeting established time budget.
• Prepare audit plan for every operations and develop schedule to conduct audits every year for the organization.
• Conduct audits working directly with all internal management levels as well as external clients and recording existing control environment over business risk.
• Analyze integrity and reliability financial information and means used for identifying measure, classifying and reporting information.  also review and record activities and plans defined by management to resolve issues identified by audit findings.
• Respond to ad hoc requests to address control issues on new business processes, policies and procedures, and provide consultative services to management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• BSC Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field with a strong IT skill.
• Meticulous attention to detail with a strong aptitude for Mathematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to work to deadlines, under pressure.
• A keen interest in the financial system.
• Must be able to work well with a variety of personalities and balance multiple work priorities

AGE:  27-45 years

 JOB TYPE : Full-time

 JOB DUTIES:

• Develop and drive the company’s overall IT/digital transformation strategy and roadmap
• Review existing internal business processes including ordering system and identify areas of improvement in the technology and software applications and recommend same to management
• Assist with the development of new fit-for-purpose digital/system analysis and solutions to improve operational efficiency and improve service level
• Champion the IT/digital transformation tools and management like CCTV, Computers and Cash registers/machines, POS machines, inverters and general hardware administration and conduct training to relevant departments within the organization as well as the department staff
• Keep up-to-date with IT/digital trends, software and best practices and recommending same to management for implementation
• Build and develop in-house IT/digital capabilities which includes Website, Data management and utilization to help the company maximize returns
• Manage the department budget in line with the organizational budget.

 QUALIFICATION :

• Degree in Computer Science/Computing in Information System/Data Science & Analytics or Digital/Technology related relevant discipline
• At least 3 years’ experience as an IT/ Digital Transformation lead with a proven track record in successfully managing and implementing IT/digital transformation projects.  Experience in the FMCG/Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry is helpful but not required.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken) to demonstrate clear interpretation and presentation of results to various stakeholders

Job Description

• Ensuring that cakes are baked at the proper temperatures and making certain that kitchen and baking equipment adhere to sanitation regulations.
• Bakers experiment with various cake flavours and icings to produce cakes and desserts that are visually appetizing.
• They also check food ingredients for freshness, quality, and availability.
• Bakers must be familiar with the use of commercial mixing machines, ovens, and other large-scale baking equipment.
• Assist in receiving and unloading of merchandise to ensure quality protection, accuracy, and product rotation
• Assist in ordering and maintaining inventory control of ingredients and supplies
• Decorate and merchandise cakes in an attractive, appealing, neat, and colourful manner in compliance with company guidelines.
• Assist in training associates when assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A matured BSc / MSc holder in any field.
• 3 - 7 years experience
• Must be creative with good knowledge about production and management of different types of cakes.
• Must also be a customer and social media savvy person with the ability to work with minimal supervision, human and materials mgt skills and a team player.
• Candidates must reside around Ikeja and its environs.

Age: 30 40 years.
