    Premob & Logistic Supervisor


    Job Description

    • Responsible to organize the pre-mob visit and must be involved in all the parts (services company, HSE, superintendent)
    • Ensure that all equipments needed on the operations is in compliance with the COMPANY HSE rules
    • Issue equipment inspection and HSE reports
    • Collect all equipment’s certification from the services company
    • Verify to be sure that all certification are valid.
    • Organize the pre-mob visit with the HSE people and the services company in concordance with the equipment mobilization date.
    • Visit and inspect the equipment in the services company base to be sure that the equipment is in conformance with the certification.
    • Validate the inspection with a green tag applied on the equipment
    • Report this validation to the COMPANY Superintendent to confirm that the equipment is ready for mobilization.
    • Inform the services company why the equipment is not in conformity and what they need to do to be in conformance.

    Job Requirements

    • Minimum experience 8 years working experience on the design and installation of various types of well completions in completion activities (onshore & offshore on exploration & development wells, work-over, well servicing and well intervention).
    • Must be familiar with all equipment used for Well services operation included:
      • Coil Tubing
      • Pumping
      • E-line
      • Slickline
      • Completion accessories
      • Well head
      • Lifting
      • Hydraulic pulling unit
      • Basket for transportation
      • Shackles and sling trucks
    • Compliant with HSE Company Rules
    • Familiar with DNV certification, API and all certification concerning Logistic and transportation
    • Excellent communication skills in English.

    Finance Analyst

    Job Description

    • Co-ordinate joint venture Partners audits of the subsidiary for Operated JVs, government agencies etc
    • Participate in the preparation of audit programmes for the JV/UNIT prior to commencement of audit.
    • Discuss with Auditors on Audit requirements and coordinate the provisions of requested information prior to start of Audit.
    • Discuss and follow-up on audit recommendations with auditees.
    • Discuss and follow up on Audit claims emanating from Audits especially AMENAM.
    • Discuss audit claims / recommendations of operated JV audits with partners' auditors and ensure that responses are provided.
    • Prepare status report on open audit claims for review by Partners& Authorities Relations Manager.
    • Participate in quarterly SOX control self assessment testing.
    • Responsible for update of SOX Controls of PAR and presenting/defending same before testers/Auditors
    • Update and document Audit findings/report in the Audit Data base.
    • Participate in the Cash call process e Interface with Assets Cost Controllers and Technical responsibles on NAPIMS request concerning Cash calls.
    • Ensure that NAPIMS request on Cash calls are obtained from Cost Controllers/Technical responsibles are provided on a timely basis.

    Job Requirements

    Reservoir Engineer

    Job Description

    • The Service holder is responsible for the daily, weekly, monthly reporting and budget exercise (Excom/AiBi, IB, PDC), including SNEPCo.
    • He is in charge of keeping updated files required for Prime/LTP: drilled wells follow-up, Drilling plans, list of projects and their maturity. Follow-up operational and non operational issues of SPDC and Snepco (request to operator if required). He is in charge of requesting the documents to SPDC (EOW report, OFM, production reports, well results ...) in order to keep NOA/GSR database updated.
    • Liaise with GSG for data request. Works under supervision.
    • Gather data and documents from Operator. QA/QC same. Liaise with key people in SPDC.
    • Treat Operator’s routine reporting (production).
    • Review SPDC well proposals and provide comments.
    • Monitor Petroleum Engineering studies conducted by Operator.
    • Participate to PE and wells workshops (e.g. Quarterly Performance Meetings).
    • Perform appropriate studies on Operator’s activities using basic RE techniques.
    • Participate to the Reserves Evaluation exercise (Prime) for Non Operated Assets.
    • Contribute to the preparation of Revue Gis meetings.
    • Participate to the LTP and Budget exercises.
    • Maintain NOA technical databases (Fiches Champs, Well statistics, Reference Book, OFM, Presentations)
    • Report on the activities he monitors and on meetings he attends with proposal for official recommendations.
    • Provide production and GHG NOA reporting.
    • Present (1) results of own studies and (2) review of operator’s work.

    Job Requirements

    • Engineering Degree (preferably petroleum) with specialisation in reservoir engineering.
    • 5 years experience in Petroleum engineering discipline.
    • Proficiency in Excel.
    • Fluency in French is desirable.

    Stock Controller

    Job Description

    • Analyse and evaluate Material requirement planning parameters and propose modifications for validation by technical administrator.
    • Ensure efficient replenishment of materials for OTHERS (IST & HSE) Lab Office, integrating with operational plans to enhance stock optimization.
    • Analyse the UNISUP materials master data for OTHERS (IST & HSE) lab office in liaison with Duet to ensure qualitative master data, easy retrieval of stock information and efficient purchasing.
    • Ensure that duet/triplet meetings hold as scheduled and serve as secretary, following up on action plans and ensure close out of same.
    • Ensure that physical stock quantities match with UNISUP stock quantities for all OTHERS (IST & HSE) stock.
    • Ensure that user entity OTHERS (IST & HSE) requests are satisfied in good time through running of periodic reports on open STR/STOs and liaising with warehouse store keepers.
    • Analyse stock to identify potential shortages and surplus and propose remedial actions to technical administrator for validation for his lab office.
    • Provide stock management support and reporting for OTHERS (IST & HSE) Lab Office to Stock Control Mgt.
    • Accountable for the regular preparation and analysis of Stock to aid replenishment (through a well thought out strategy) and leading to optimization of stock for Operations.
    • Prepare and share best practices with user entities and C&P management to aid cost recovery and meeting of user requirements

    Job Requirements

    • A Degree in Engineering, Management or Social Sciences (B.Sc. with minimum Second Class Honours) or equivalent.
    • Minimum of 5 years experience in Materials Management Processes including replenishment, stock optimization and control in an Oil & Gas industry, I T or manufacturing environment, with demonstrable competence.
    • Fluent in English, French will be an advantage.

    Surveyor


    Job Description

    • Investigate implementation of a GIS database for the DW district. Coordinate implementation with Total’s geodetic department in PAU. Interface with other GIS managers: on Egina Project + future implementation of GEOPS in the Affiliate.
    • Assistance to all activities performed by the senior surveyors.
    • Provide assistance to organize, supervise and QC all deep water survey and positioning activities including rig moves, well-set, metrology, inspection, and construction. QC of all drawings produced and received by DW Survey.

    • Update and maintain charts and databases for exploration, development, and production installations on a regular basis.

    Job Requirements

    Contracts Engineer

    Job Nature: Normal (8 Hours daily)

    Main Accountabilities

    • Develop together with business area, works and services demand forecast, planning and budgeting to support planned activities and prepare 5 year contract plans within allocated business area or work and service category.
    • Guide Contract Owners / Holders to articulate contract scope, specification, select contracting strategies,and prepare Counter Estimates within allocated customer portfolio based on risk assessment, cost drivers, market analysis, and value optimization (including Nigerian Content) and applying lessons learnt from previous contract.
    • Support Senior / Principal Contract Engineers to develop, implement and maintain category strategies and their performance management pre and post award, to ensure benefits accruing to Company during sourcing and delivery are maximized for allocated categories.
    • Prepare, review and issue enquiries/requests for quotation documents and subsequently analyse bids and lead clarifications and negotiations in collaboration with Tender Evaluation Team (TET) in line with category strategies and assist Contract Owners/Holders to prepare, present and defend transaction submissions to Company Tender Committees to obtain approvals for commitment processing.
    • Develop and issue contract documents post award incorporating general and specific terms and conditions as applicable.
    • Attend contract meetings (with Contractors and Contract owners/holders), produce minutes of proceedings and follow up necessary actions to ensure completion of contract process in line with
    • Company Contracting procedures, and assist in the administration of Minor Tender Committees.
    • Advise on and assist in evaluating contract variations, cost forecast, claims, non-conformances, disputes/conflicts, and facilitate contract close out.
    • Set up and maintain contract data in contract management systems tools, analyse data and prepare reports to support category management as required.

    Key Performance Indicators

    • Develop and implement annual contract plan (70 - 80% of planned activities)
    • Comply with approved category strategies in procuring all works and services (target >90%).
    • Deliver savings target based on total and life cycle cost models (defined in Key Result Areas (KRA)).
    • Robustness of contract documents (with contract based variations/claims/disputes <5% of output).
    • Achieve compliance with Nigerian Content legislation requirements (as defined in KRA).
    • Accuracy and completeness of contract related documents and records (no audit findings).

    Requirements

    • University degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Law, Economics or Business Management Membership of The Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS) UK or Nigeria, or Institute of Supply Management (ISM) US is an advantage.
    • 3-5 years post graduate experience with at least 3 years in a contracting and procurement role preferably in an Oil & Gas or heavy industry involving maintenance, shutdowns, projects and facilities management

    Treasury Controller

    Job Description
    Bank Charges and Loan  Management:

    • Prepare bank charges, loan and interest payment schedules and notice
    • Monthly verification of bank charges and follow-up with banks
    • provide loan and financial information and reports as required by lenders/budget department/management
    • Ensure compliance with loan covenants
    • Maintain a database of all company loans and charges

    Bank Bonds and Guarantee Management:

    • Maintain the database for bonds and guarantees issued and received by the Companies
    • Perform monthly review of the status of existing Bonds and Guarantees
    • Provide information and reports as required by the management

    Compliance and Risk Management:

    • Ensure compliance with cash management rules(Group) Treasury Procedures (as contained in the Treasury Desk Manual)
    • Participate in financial risk analysis such counter party risk exposure and banks' credit rating
    • Ensuring that daily operations are carried out in compliance with SOX procedures
    • Follow SOX documentation and compliance issues and manages the assessment process for treasury

    UNISUP Help Desk and Support Officer

    Exceptions
    User Access Management:

    • Password and user access management (Creation,modification…) inline with laid down procedures
    • Reviews users and acts on findings (User authorization entries and deletions, User Creation/Deletion, Inactive Users to be deactivated, Password changes, User Lock & Unlock, User validity expiration) and maintains logs of accesses

    • Monitoring of the system to ensure a smooth
    • Analyze and solve issues arising
    • Any other task that may be assigned from time to time

     Requirements

    • Formal education (Diplomas): Graduate, Chartered Engineer or equivalent
    • Professional experience (number of years): 10 years Oil and Gas Experience with a minimum 5 years specializing in UNISUP (SAP) activity for the Oil and Gas environment.
