    Project Manager - Quantity Surveyor

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs, prepare estimates, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
    • The successful candidate will work on a range of projects, from concept to completion, ensuring accurate cost management and high-quality results.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prepare and manage project estimates, budgets, and cost reports
    • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify potential cost issues
    • Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, and contractors
    • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
    • Mentor junior quantity surveyors and technicians

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in quantity surveying
    • Professional certification (NIQS, RICS) preferred
    • Strong knowledge of quantity surveying principles, codes, and standards
    • Proficiency in cost management software (e.g., MS Excel, CostX)
    • Excellent analytical and communication skills

    Desirable Qualities:

    • Experience with international construction contracts (FIDIC)

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for a reliable and skilled ExecutiveAssistant to provide administrative support to our Vice President. 
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Vice President's schedule, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing correspondence, and handling other administrative tasks.
