    Job Description

    We are looking for a committed teacher/tutor to complement our qualified workforce of educators. It will be fundamental to provide knowledge and instruction to students in English subject of the SAT, TOEFL, IELTS, GMAT, GRE, PTE etc by developing engaging and interactive lessons, while also helping them develop their test-taking skills.

    The ideal candidate will be passionate for the job with an ability to reach out to students and create a relationship of mutual trust. They will know how to organize and manage a class and make learning an easy and meaningful process.     Requirements

    • Actively listens and checks for understanding and adjusts communication content and style to meet the diverse and distinct needs of his/her students, by using a variety of activities and instructional methods to motivate and stimulate children’s abilities.

    • Instruct students in group and private settings in English subject of the SAT, TOEFL, IELTS, GMAT, GRE, PTE

    • Work closely with the Center Director and center staff to meet students' academic goals.

    • Develop SAT, TOEFL, IELTS, GMAT, GRE, PTE lessons content and update lessons.

    • Keep detailed records of each student's sessions using our student progress records and/or relevant forms.

    • Attend Teacher Team Meetings when announced and provide academic and curriculum support to the center teaching team when necessary.

    • Maintain an open line of communication with parents and provide appropriate feedback with respect to student’s progress.

    • Builds immediate rapport with students and invites participation and makes students feel that their participation is valued.

    Student Placement Specialist

    Job Description

    About the Team - The Student Placements team oversees the complete admission process for our recruiters and their students starting from admission inquiries till the student is enrolled in our partner institutions. This team plays a significant role in supporting our partner recruiters to maximize the revenue of their business. The team will support the recruiters & students by helping them to improve their conversions for each destination separately. This team will empower recruiters and students with information after the process of offer letters.

    About the role -As Student Placement Officer, you will be a part of the dynamic and phenomenal sales team of a fast-growing EdTech startup. You will be the principal point of contact with our recruiters and students. You will service the recruiters with information on financial documents, interview preparations (like GTE, Pre-CAS, etc.), acceptance deadlines, enrollment requirements with our partner universities, etc. You will also liaison with our partner universities to offer letter holders and help them in student conversions.

    • Understands and has expertise on the complete admission process for the  study destination

    • Thorough knowledge of Visa interview preparation and documentation process for full offer holders 

    • Fee Deposit follow-ups with recruitment partners and maintaining records of all follow-ups in CRM

    • Time to time convey the partner universities’ deadlines to the recruitment partners for offer acceptance and arrangement of payments on time according to the university intakes Regular review of data and flagging of concerns to the reporting manager and other senior staff as appropriate. 

    • Maintain records of all follow-ups with recruitment partners and/or students

    Requirements

     

    • Bachelor’s or equivalent degree 

    • More than 3 years of experience in international student recruitment and understanding of the challenges within this industry  

    • Prior experience of minimum 4 years in the end-to-end admissions process for various universities in international student recruitment/higher education.

    • In-depth knowledge & understanding of universities’ entry requirements including visa & financial documentation process for various universities 

    • Prior experience of working in a target driven environment with a proven record of successfully meeting/exceeding annual targets

    • Achievement of Student conversions target for the division

    • Plan, develop, execute, and drive conversion strategies for all destinations in coordination with Directors of the department

    • Collaborate with Destination Leads and the respective regional teams to implement forecasting methodologies and processes to achieve accurate, timely pipeline forecasts
