    Salary: #60,000 Month Net

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Map out driving routes ahead of time to determine the most expedient trip
    • Pick up the Boss from the place and at the time they’ve requested
    • Listen to traffic and weather reports to stay up-to-date on road conditions
    • Adjust the route to avoid heavy traffic or road constructions, as needed
    • Ensure the car seats are clean and comfortable for all riders
    • Schedule regular car service appointments and report any issues
    • Book car wash and detailing services to maintain interior and exterior cleanliness of the car

    REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

    • Proven experience as a Driver
    • A valid driver’s license
    • A clean driving record
    • Familiarity with GPS devices
    • Knowledge of area roads and neighborhoods
    • A polite and professional disposition
    • Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations (e.g. at rush hour)
    • A high school Certificate of Diplom

    Warehouse Superintendent

    RESPONSIBILITY

    • Effectively manages customer complaints and enquiries
    • Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods
    • Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees’ performance
    • Organize and maintain inventory and storage area in line with QHSSE policies
    • Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy
    • Communicate job expectations and coach employees
    • Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems
    • Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status
    • Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices

    Educational Qualification:

     A Social Sciences degree or any other relevant or related field of study from an accredited university

    Professional Qualification:

     Any professional qualification will be an added advantage, though not mandator

    IT Support

    RESPONSIBILITY

    • Assesses and monitor credit application and performance.
    • Monitors and accurately records all product costs.
    • Ensures that all records of assets are periodically updated.
    • Creates and maintains records of customers, vendors, material data and product price as well as archiving all records properly.
    • Manage Master Data on the business application.
    • Responsible for data quality and consistency checks before creation.
    • To maintain confidentiality and observe data protection guidelines.
    • Resolve issues logged by system users
    • Provide training to bridge knowledge gap of system users
    • Assist users navigate the system whenever necessary
    • To liaise and consult with departments, Colleagues, Vendors, and individuals as necessary.
    • Any other duties appropriate to the role

    Educational Qualification:

    • A Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting or computer science, science related discipline or its equivalent from an accredited institution.

    Professional Qualification:

    A Member of relevant professional body.
