    Onsite Maintenance Engineer

    Job Description

    • Perform daily routine checks on all installed Electronic Security Systems (Access control systems, Camera Surveillance systems, Building management systems (BMS), Alarm systems etc.) on client’s site
    • Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance
    • Carry out site survey for add-on features, solutions and products on site
    • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly status reportsin an accurate and timely manner in accordance with established procedures.
    • To maintain all paperwork and documentation(Project schedule, work method statement, project status report, design diagrams and site reports)and to communicate appropriately with the Supervisor.

    Qualifications

    • Candidates should possess a B.Eng with 2 - 5 years work experience.

    Project Implementation and Support Engineer

    Job Description

    • Understanding of solution scope, design and customer requirement before embarking of project with my team.
    • Meet with clients, review clients’ requirements, organize pre-installation surveys do effective costing and budgeting.
    • Conduct pre-installation site survey and project initiation workshop to review customer’s requirements.
    • Provide support to subordinates on all project related issues
    • Review and ensure correct invoice are sent to client, follow up and ensure payment, performance bond is picked- up and delivered accordingly by the account officer.
    • Monitor new projects and implementation plan.

    • Ensure payroll is accurate and treated in a timely manner

    Job Description

    • Day to Day accounting and book-keeping functions for the subsidiary.
    • Accounts payable duties. Ensure suppliers and other creditors are paid on time.
    • Prepares daily bank and payables position.
    • Prepare bank reconciliation statement and post reconciling items.
    • Ensure branch returns are properly entered.
    • Ensure staff advances are properly handled in line with policy.
    • Ensure payroll is accurate and treated in a timely manner.
    • Assist in preparation of monthly reports (balance sheet, P & L) for the subsidiary to the agreed timetable and format.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess an HND, BSc or Master's Degree in relevant fields with 3 - 5 years work experience.
