    Supermarket Supervisor

    Responsibilities

    • Ensure customers receive a warm welcome and exceptional customer service.
    • Monitor the store to ensure standard hygiene and safety guidelines are adhered to by customers and subordinates.
    • Monitor items on the shelf or products on display to encourage customer purchases.
    • Carry out regular checks on the stocks to prevent damages or theft.
    • Carry out training and re-training of staff on excellent customer services.
    • Carry out stock/inventory reconciliation on daily basis to avoid stock out.
    • Drive all subordinates to attend to customers' needs and requests courteously.
    • Liaise with the supply chain/procurement team to ensure timely delivery of stock, etc.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc / HND in Social Science or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years working experience in a supermarket.
    • Attention to detail and pleasant personality.
    • Ability to work with less suervision and multitask.
    • Good interpersonal skills andp ability to work under pressure from customers.
    • A good team player and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to track inventory.
    • Computer savvy and ability to use Microsoft Office.

    Assistant Supermarket Manager

    Summary of Responsibilities

    • Assist the supermarket manager to drive sales revenue.
    • Carry out data analytics on stock movement/trends customer needs etc.
    • Maintain inventories and ensure constant availability of stocks to avoid stock out.

    Head Baker

    Summary of Responsibilities

    • To follow up with a recipe and ensure production meets the organization’s standard.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant food processing regulations at all times.
    • Avoid materials wastage and ensure production is in line with order.
    • Monitor work equipment and report any malfunction to the supervisor to avoid breakdown or disruption in the production.
    • Ensure availability of materials to avoid stock out etc.

    Academic Qualification and Skills

    • Trade Test, Technical education, or OND in Food Technology or related field.

    Audit Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Monitor compliance/adherence to company policies and report defaulters to the appropriate quarters
    • Detect and prevent fraud with the sole aim of safeguarding company assets
    • Conduct prepayment and post payment review of all expenses and suppliers invoices before payments
    • Random inventory audit of branches, central store and submit reports
    • Actual inventory audit of branches, central store and submit reports on same
    • Carry out audit trail of all transactions in the Enterprise Software (Tally) and give necessary reports management.
    • Check to ensure products are properly priced to avoid revenue leakages (by random checking of transfer papers)
    • Management of Product Expiration and drastically minimize expiration of products across branches.
    • Confirm actual quantity of products purchased and transferred to branches and central store against invoice
    • Ensure product transfer circle is completed by checking of transfer sheets
    • Audit Monthly Payroll
    • Proficiency in PowerPoint & Enterprise Software
    • Effectively execute any other assigned duty

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a B. Sc in Accounting, Banking & Finance or any related discipline
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Auditor in a pharmaceutical company.
    • Oral & written Communications. You will need to present the results of the work done to your team leader and others within the department
