    Marketing Officer

    Job Responsibilities

    • Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
    • Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.

    Job Description 

    • Are you detail-oriented, organized, and have a passion for numbers? Do you enjoy working in a retail outlet,supermarket? Our client is seeking a dedicated individual to support the accounting department in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting policies and procedures.

    Responsibilities 

    • Maintain and update accounting records in a timely manner
    • Monitor and record daily sales
    • Accurately record financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts and payments to clients, sellers and suppliers.
    • Reconcile bank statements and resolve any sales discrepancies and POS payments, and cash transfers for items purchased
    • Assist in processing invoices, purchase orders,
    • Support in the collection and recording of customer’s payments.
    • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
    • Provide support during audits and financial and reports
    • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
    • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documentations.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Accounting
    • 2-3 years related experience
    • Previous experience working in retail supermarket
    • Proficient in MS Excel and other accounting software
    • Strong attention to details and accuracy in data entry
    • Good verbal and written communications skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

    Warehouse Officer

    Job Responsibilities

    • Liaison with Community/stakeholders and ensure Site Access.
    • Ensure delivery of Materials & Resources to site according to approved Project schedules.
    • Inspect incoming and outgoing products for quality.

    • Clearing of imported goods within the reasonable and transportation to planned/agreed destination.

    Skills / Qualifications

    • B.Eng. Mechanical Engineering or related field.
    • Proven experience as a warehouse officer or similar role
    • At least 4 years of relevant working experience
    • Previous experience in a shipping company or pre-inspection agencies is desirable.
    • Professional Registration desirable.
    • Special courses in Logistics and Import clearance desirable.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and IT operated environment.

    • Implement and improve office processes for increased efficiency.

    Qualifications

    • OND in Business Administration, Fashion Management, or a related field.
    • 2 - 3 years work experience.
    • Previous experience in the fashion industry is a plus
    • Proven experience in office management, preferably in a fashion or textiles setting
    • Ability to assess and maintain quality standards
    • Familiarity with market trends in textiles and fashion
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
