    Cold Room Engineer

    Job Reference: CRES2025010

    Job Description

    • Install, maintain, and repair cold storage systems Cold room.
    • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with refrigeration equipment, identifying malfunctions and implementing solutions.
    • Regularly monitor and log temperatures and system performance to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
    • Conduct routine preventive maintenance checks, including cleaning coils, replacing filters, and ensuring proper insulation.
    • Perform repairs on refrigeration units, including compressors, condensers, and evaporators.
    • Ensure all systems comply with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards and environmental guidelines.
    • Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections performed on cold storage equipment.
    • Work closely with other technicians and staff to ensure efficient operations and address any issues that may arise.

    Qualifications

    • Technical Certificates or HND in refrigeration or HVAC preferred.
    • Previous experience in refrigeration, HVAC, or a related field is highly beneficial.
    • Relevant certifications may be required.
    • Strong mechanical aptitude, with knowledge of electrical systems, refrigeration cycles, and troubleshooting techniques.
    • Ability to diagnose problems quickly and implement effective solutions.

    Accountants

    Job Description

    • Collaborate with chief accountant and other team members to successfully execute various accounting tasks
    • Maintain company ledgers and daily financial transactions.
    • Create financial documents such as invoices, payables, receivables and purchase orders and payment vouchers.
    • Cash box handling.
    • Identify discrepancies in ledgers and accounts, tracking and correcting them.
    • Coordinate and manage payment and billing details of external service providers, contractors and vendors
    • Verify payments and deposits made through the company account and reconcile with the bank.
    • Create daily reports for management and team members.
    • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports
    • Carrying out other tasks that may be required by the management from time to time

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in accounting from a recognized institution
    • Minimum of 5 years experiences as an accountant with reputable manufacturing companies
    • Membership of professional bodies like ICAN will be an added advantage
    • Ability to use any accounting software is an added advantage
    • Very smart with good communication and analytical skills.
    • Residing or willing to relocate to Ibadan.

    Data Entry Officer

    Job Description

    • Preparing and sorting documents such as invoices and receipts for data entry
    • Entering data into database software and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted
    • Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents
    • Creating data backups as part of a contingency plan
    • Testing new database systems and software updates
    • Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check the output
    • Apply data program techniques and procedures
    • Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations
    • Scan documents and print files, when needed

    • Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
    • Comply with data integrity and security policies.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc./HND Accounting or related field
    • 5 years working experiences as Data Entry Officer preferably in Purchase
    • Computer literacy and familiarity with various computer programs such as MS Office (formal computer training may be advantageous in progressing in this career as good MS Excel skills is a must)
    • Ability to work to time constraints
    • Familiarity with administrative duties.
