    Fleet Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Manage and maintain accurate records of all fleet vehicles.
    • Ensure all vehicles are properly registered, insured, and licensed.
    • Coordinate regular maintenance, repairs, and servicing of vehicles.
    • Allocate vehicles to authorized drivers and ensure proper usage.
    • Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, and servicing.
    • Ensure all vehicles comply with regulatory requirements, such as licensing, insurance, and safety standards.
    • Conduct regular vehicle inspections to ensure safety and roadworthiness.
    • Manage and monitor driver performance, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
    • Conduct driver training and orientation programs.
    • Manage and control fleet-related expenses, such as fuel, maintenance, and repairs.
    • Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives.
    • Prepare and submit regular fleet management reports.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of fleet vehicles, drivers, and maintenance activities.

    Requirements

    • HND or BSc in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 2 - 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.
    • Strong knowledge of fleet management principles, practices, and regulations.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

    Compliance Officer

    Description 

    • Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and controls to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
    • Conduct risk assessments to identify potential compliance risks and develop mitigation strategies.
    • Monitor and report on compliance issues, providing recommendations for improvement.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance policies and procedures.
    • Conduct audits and reviews to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
    • Manage and respond to compliance-related queries and complaints.
    • Stay up-to-date with changes in regulatory requirements and update policies and procedures accordingly.

    Requirements

    • OND / HND & BSc in finance, risk and audit with minimum of 2-3years experience
    • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Freely to move around within the country on assignment Experience with compliance software and system is a plus

    Inventory Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, including tracking stock movements and reconciling discrepancies.
    • Implement and maintain inventory management systems, processes, and procedures.
    • Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping inventory.
    • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
    • Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
    • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, including reporting and documenting findings.
    • Prepare and submit regular inventory reports, including stock levels, movements, and discrepancies.
    • Analyze inventory data to identify trends, optimize inventory levels, and improve warehouse efficiency.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
    • Maintain a safe and organized working environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in inventory management, warehousing, or a related field.
    • Strong knowledge of inventory management principles, practices, and software.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
