About the Role

As our Front-end Developer, you'll transform design concepts into pixel-perfect, high-performance web and mobile applications. You'll work closely with our design, backend development, and AI teams to deliver intuitive user interfaces that exceed client expectations. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects ranging from corporate websites to sophisticated mobile applications using cutting-edge technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive, mobile-first websites using modern HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
• Build cross-platform mobile applications using React Native or Flutter
• Implement pixel-perfect UI designs from Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch mockups
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and resolve browser-specific issues
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services into front-end applications
• Implement responsive design principles and mobile-first development approaches
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure design feasibility and optimal user experience
• Conduct code reviews and maintain version control using Git
• Debug and troubleshoot issues across multiple devices and platforms
• Stay current with emerging front-end technologies, frameworks, and industry trends
• Optimize applications for SEO and web accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Participate in project planning, estimation, and sprint ceremonies

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in front-end web and mobile development
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating responsive web design and mobile app development
• Proven experience building and deploying mobile applications to app stores
• Deep understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development
• Solid grasp of web performance optimization techniques
• Experience working in agile development environments
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Technical Skills

• HTML5 & CSS3: Semantic markup, CSS Grid, Flexbox, animations
• JavaScript (ES6+): Proficient in modern JavaScript including async/await, promises, modules
• React.js: Hooks, Context API, component lifecycle, state management
• Responsive Design: Media queries, mobile-first approach, adaptive layouts
• React Native: Cross-platform mobile development for iOS and Android
• Flutter: Dart programming, widget-based development (alternative)
• CSS Frameworks: Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, Material-UI, Styled Components
• JavaScript Frameworks: Next.js, Vue.js (plus)
• State Management: Redux, Redux Toolkit, Context API, Zustand
• Build Tools: Webpack, Vite, npm/yarn
• Version Control: Git, GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket
• API Integration: RESTful APIs, GraphQL, Axios, Fetch API
• Testing: Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress (preferred)
• CMS Platforms: WordPress (theme customization), Webflow, Shopify
• Package Managers: npm, yarn etc

Preferred Experience:

• TypeScript
• Animation libraries (Framer Motion, GSAP, Lottie)
