    Head of Internal Audit & Control

    THE OPPORTUNITY

    • We are seeking an experienced and independent Head of Internal Audit & Control to lead our audit function. Reporting functionally to the Board/Audit Committee and administratively to the Managing Director, you will build and lead a world-class internal audit team, establish a robust control environment, and provide objective assurance across QFA's entire business.

    WHAT YOU WILL DO

    • Lead the internal audit function. Report findings, investigation outcomes, and KPIs.
    • Develop and execute annual risk-based audit plans covering financial, operational, compliance, IT, and QSR outlet controls.
    • Conduct routine outlet audits (spot-checks): POS exceptions, cash reconciliation, inventory, and loss prevention. Review IT/digital controls including ERP, POS, access management, and data privacy.
    • Own the fraud risk assessment framework, investigations programme, and whistleblower oversight.
    • Ensure compliance with Nigerian regulatory obligations.

    • Build and develop the internal audit team through structured leadership and capability development.

    WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

    • Minimum 10 years' Internal audit/control experience, with at least 3-4 years as a head of function or senior audit manager.
    • ACA (ICAN) or ACCA is required; CIA or CISA certification is strongly preferred.
    • Strong QSR, FMCG, or multi-site retail experience knowledge of outlet-level operational risks is essential.
    • Proven experience presenting to Boards and Audit Committees.
    • Demonstrated experience in fraud investigations and data analytics for audit purposes.
    • Experience with ERP, POS, and inventory management systems.

    Head of Marketing

    THE OPPORTUNITY

    • We are looking for a dynamic, commercially driven Head of Marketing to lead the QFA marketing function. You will own the brand, drive revenue through innovative campaigns, and build our digital and loyalty ecosystem all while leading a talented marketing team.

    WHAT YOU WILL DO

    • Develop and execute annual marketing strategy across all channels to drive brand awareness, trial, and customer loyalty.
    • Lead all digital marketing: SEO/SEM, social media, paid advertising, content, and email campaigns.
    • Own the CRM strategy and QFA loyalty programme growing enrolment and driving repeat visits.
    • Oversee ecommerce and delivery channel performance (Jumia Food, Bolt Food, and other aggregators). Manage the approved annual marketing budget and ensure strong ROI across all spend. Drive new store opening plans and local store marketing programmes.
    • Build and develop the entire marketing team through coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
    • Manage agency and vendor relationships, PR, and brand compliance across all outlets.

    WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

    • Minimum 10 years' progressive marketing experience, with at least 3-4 years leading a full marketing team or department.
    • Experience in QSR, hospitality, FMCG, or retail with deep knowledge of the Nigerian consumer market. Strong expertise in digital marketing, CRM, loyalty programmes, ecommerce, and third-party delivery channels.
    • Experience owning and managing significant marketing budgets with clear ROI accountability.
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA is an advantage. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

    YOU WILL BE MEASURED ON

    • Brand awareness growth and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
    • Digital traffic, online order volume, and delivery platform revenue.
    • CRM database growth and loyalty programme engagement.
    • Marketing budget efficiency and campaign ROI.
    • Team performance and development outcomes.
