The Network & Systems Administrator will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and maintaining network and server performance to ensure system reliability and security. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with experience in cloud platforms and banking application connectivity.
Requirements
Create and manage virtual machines, containers/droplets, and configure security policies, firewalls, and VPNs on cloud-based networks.
Install, configure, and monitor PTRG sensors for network performance and uptime.
Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, software, networks, and applications.
Install, configure, and manage ESET Network Antivirus across all systems.
Continuously monitor and maintain systems and networks for optimal performance.
Administer Microsoft Office 365, including user management, SharePoint, and email server configurations.
Manage and maintain Windows Server 2019 environments.
Perform regular maintenance of IP PBX/IP phone systems, computers, printers, and network equipment.
Respond promptly to technical support requests and communicate effective resolutions.
Create and manage new user accounts, email addresses, and access levels for staff via Microsoft 365.
Ensure data backups are regularly completed and antivirus definitions are always up to date.
Conduct regular security checks to safeguard computers and servers from cybersecurity threats.
Diagnose and troubleshoot system, network, software, and hardware issues.
Support the deployment and rollout of new applications.
Maintain detailed records of technical issues and their resolutions for future reference.

Requirements
Identify, prospect, and onboard High Net-worth Individuals (HNIs), corporates, and institutional clients for deposit mobilization.
Promote and structure Fixed Deposit, Savings, and Investment products in line with bank pricing and risk guidelines.
Maintain strong, professional client relationships through regular engagement and portfolio reviews.
Prepare and present investment proposals, indicative offers, and term sheets to clients.
Track market interest rates and competitor offerings to support pricing decisions.
