    TB/HIV Volunteer

    Role Summary

    • Volunteers will lead grassroots mobilization and active HIV/DSTB/DR-TB case finding through outreach and house-to-house efforts at the ward and village levels, directly engaging with WDCs, traditional leaders, and community members.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Mobilize communities for DSTB/DR-TB case finding through Outreaches and House-to House and linkage of TB clients to treatment.
    • Achieve set daily and weekly case-finding targets.
    • Report progress daily to the Program Manager in Calabar.
    • Ensure compliance, accurate, and complete documentation of all project activities using the relevant tools and materials designed for the project.
    • Facilitate verification of monthly community data with the facility.
    • Submit quality and timely Program weekly report before 12 noon every Friday of the week, also the monthly Program and program report every month.
    • Perform any other duty that may be assigned by the organization.
    • Facilitate data entry and updates on the COMM-TB App weekly
    • Facilitate referrals and linkages for increased uptake of TB/HIV services between community members, health workers, DOT staff, and HIV support groups.
    • Participate in monthly data quality exercise.
    • Participate in the morning situation meeting.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of SSCE / Diploma (must be able to read and write).

    Advantage:

    • HND / B.Sc. in Social Sciences, Public Health, or related fields.
    • Strong knowledge of local communities, Resident in a Local Government Area (LGA).

    Contract Terms

    • Performance-based incentives (earnings tied to results).

    Program Officer

    Role Summary

    • The State Program Officer will support program implementation, community mobilisation, outreaches, linkages, volunteer supervision, and reporting at the state level.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support the implementation of TB project activities in line with approved work plans, budgets, and timelines.
    • Coordinate facility- and community-based TB interventions, including case finding, treatment support, contact tracing, and TB preventive therapy.
    • Liaise with State/LGA TB and Leprosy Control Program officers, health facilities, CSOs, and community structures.
    • Provide on-the-job support and mentoring to health workers and community volunteers on TB service delivery and reporting.
    • Support coordination meetings, trainings, and review sessions with relevant stakeholders.
    • Ensure adherence to national TB guidelines, policies, and standard operating procedures.Collate daily, weekly, and monthly state-level reports.

    Qualifications

    • At least 2-3 years’ experience working on TB, HIV, or other public health projects.
    • Good knowledge of Nigeria’s TB control program and national TB guidelines is an added advantage.
    • Experience working within the state is preferred.

    Monitoring and Evaluation Officer

    Role Summary

    • The M&E Officer will support the Project Manager in overseeing MEAL activities of PCDF, ensuring effective use of NOMIS tools and the MIS ensuring timely review and validation of CCW  and CTW data, conducting routine DQAs and supportive supervision, addressing data gaps to improve data quality, and preparing periodic reports in line with donor requirements.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support the Project Manager in overseeing the MEAL activities of the CSOs in the implementation and use of the NOMIS tools and MIS.
    • Ensure timely submission of Daily Activity Data as provided by CCCRN SI
    • Support the DEC to review daily submissions of service forms by CCWs
    • The M&E officer shall collect and review all services provision MIS from CCWs before entry
    • Attend to any other responsibility as may be assigned to by h/her supervisor
    • Conduct routine Data Quality Assessments (DQAs), supportive supervision, and on-site data verification.
    • Prepare and submit timely Weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports in line with Global Fund requirements on the GC7 project
    • Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and reporting delays and implement corrective actions.
    • Strengthen data accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and reliability.
    • Conduct on-the-job training on data collection, reporting, and use of M&E tools.
    • Support integration of M&E best practices at sub-national levels.

    Requirements

    • Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Related field
    • Experience; 4 years’ experience especially working with in NGO
