    Driver / Aircraft Attendant

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a reliable and experienced Driver / Aircraft Attendant to join our operations team.
    • This dual-role position combines responsibilities of aircraft cleaning with transportation support, ensuring smooth logistics and high-quality service delivery. 
    • The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a keen eye for detail, and must possess a valid driver’s license.

    Key Responsibilities
    Aircraft Cleaning Duties:

    • Clean and sanitize aircraft interiors including seats, tray tables, galleys, lavatories, and other cabin areas.
    • Carry out exterior cleaning tasks such as washing and polishing aircraft surfaces.
    • Identify and report any damage or malfunctions within the aircraft cabin.
    • Handle waste disposal in accordance with health and safety standards.
    • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
    • Ensure strict adherence to aviation safety and security procedures.
    • Work closely with the cleaning team to ensure timely aircraft turnaround.
    • Support de-icing and anti-icing processes during adverse weather conditions.

    Driving Duties:

    • Safely operate company vehicles to transport staff, tools, and materials to and from the airport and project sites.
    • Ensure proper vehicle maintenance and cleanliness.
    • Conduct routine checks and promptly report any vehicle issues.
    • Comply with all traffic regulations, airport driving policies, and company procedures.
    • Assist in logistics coordination and timely delivery of operational supplies.

    Role Requirements

    • Prior experience in aircraft cleaning or similar roles is an added advantage.
    • Must possess a valid driver’s license (Class D or equivalent).
    • Sound knowledge of Lagos routes and proximity to the airport is required.
    • Physically fit and capable of manual tasks, including lifting and working at heights.
    • Strong attention to detail, discipline, and reliability.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Must be flexible to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
    • Must pass background and drug screening checks.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Minimum of High School Certificate, NCE, or OND
    • Valid driver’s license is mandatory

    • This role plays a vital part in ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness of client aircraft. 
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining both the interior and exterior of aircraft to the highest industry standards, contributing to exceptional service delivery and passenger comfort.

    Key Responsibilities

    Accountant

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team.
    • The Accountant will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health, compliance, and integrity of our organization.
    • This position requires a solid understanding of accounting principles, strong analytical skills, and a keen attention to detail.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, ensuring statutory compliance (LIRS, FIRS, PAYE, etc.), and supporting overall business operations.
    • The role also involves close collaboration with various departments and project teams, particularly in relation to our aviation cleaning services and other specialized projects.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
    • Prepare financial reports, profit and loss statements, and cash flow analysis.
    • Monitor and manage budgets for other operational activities.
    • Ensure timely and accurate remittance of statutory payments such as PAYE, VAT, Withholding Tax, and Pension.
    • Handle all tax matters including:
      • Lagos State Inland Revenue Service (LIRS)
      • Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS)
      • Pay As You Earn (PAYE) compliance
    • Liaise with tax consultants and regulatory bodies for audits and filings.
    • Process payroll and ensure correct deductions and remittances.
    • Conduct bank reconciliations and manage company accounts.
    • Track expenses and prepare invoices and receipts for services rendered.
    • Provide financial advice and ensure cost-effective practices in project execution.
    • Support procurement processes and ensure proper documentation.
    • Ensure compliance with all internal controls, financial policies, and government regulations.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • A Bachelor's Degree / HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
    • Professional accounting certification (e.g., ICAN, ACCA) is highly desirable.
    • 3–5 years of progressive experience in accounting or financial management roles.
    • Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and statutory tax compliance.
    • Prior experience in aviation, cleaning services, or project-based accounting will be an added advantage.
    • Must reside in proximity to the airport for ease of commute and project coordination.

    Core Competencies and Skills:

    • Strong proficiency in financial analysis, accounting, and reporting.
    • In-depth knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and statutory compliance (LIRS, FIRS, PAYE, etc.).
    • Ability to prepare accurate financial statements and reports.
