Aircraft Attendant / Cleaner at Pete Ground Services Limited

Job Summary

• Pete Ground Service Limited is seeking a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Aircraft Attendant (Cleaner) to join our dynamic team. 
• This role plays a vital part in ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness of client aircraft. 
• The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining both the interior and exterior of aircraft to the highest industry standards, contributing to exceptional service delivery and passenger comfort.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize aircraft interiors including seats, galleys, lavatories, tray tables, and cabin areas.
• Conduct exterior aircraft cleaning such as washing, waxing, and polishing surfaces to maintain appearance.
• Inspect aircraft cabins for damage, wear, or malfunction and promptly report issues for maintenance.
• Manage waste disposal in compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
• Maintain and monitor cleaning equipment and inventory; ensure timely restocking.
• Adhere strictly to aviation safety and security protocols while working on or near aircraft.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient aircraft turnaround times.
• Assist with de-icing and anti-icing procedures during adverse weather conditions, as required.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of High School Certificate SSCE, NCE, or OND
• Previous experience in aircraft cleaning, facility maintenance, or related roles is an advantage but not mandatory
• Training in aviation safety and security protocols is desirable
• A valid driver’s license is an added advantage and may be required for certain tasks

Role Requirements:

• Prior experience in aircraft cleaning, general maintenance, or a related field is an added advantage.
• Understanding of aviation safety standards and best cleaning practices.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks, including lifting and working at heights.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Effective communication and team collaboration skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to pass background checks and drug screening.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
