    Human Resources Manager

    Role Description

    • This is a full-time hybrid role based in Lagos for a Human Resources Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR policy implementation, and compliance with regulatory standards. You will collaborate with department heads to develop and improve workplace processes, ensuring a productive and positive work environment. This position allows for flexibility, with the option to work remotely part-time, depending on company policies and operational requirements.

    Key Responsibilities

    Recruitment & Talent Management

    • Lead end-to-end hiring for retail, corporate, and creative roles
    • Build job descriptions, interview processes, and onboarding systems
    • Develop talent pipelines and internship programs

    Employee Relations & Culture

    • Serve as point of contact for staff concerns and conflict resolution
    • Drive employee engagement and company culture initiatives
    • Support leadership with workforce planning

    Performance & Policy

    • Implement performance management frameworks and appraisals

    Qualifications

    • Support inventory checks and stock replenishment.

    • Support in-store events, promotions, and product launches.

    Requirements

    • 2–4 years’ experience in beauty retail or luxury customer-facing sales.
    • Strong knowledge of makeup, skincare, and fragrance categories.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Ability to multitask across sales, service, and support duties.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and a team-player mindset.
    • Passion for luxury beauty and customer experience excellence.
