    Lead Sales Associate – Beauty & Customer Experience

    Key Responsibilities

    Sales & Customer Experience

    • Deliver expert consultations across makeup, skincare, and fragrance categories.
    • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets consistently.
    • Provide luxury-level customer service at every touchpoint.
    • Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
    • Build long-term relationships through clienteling and follow-up.

    Customer Service (Front Desk Support)

    • Act as a first point of contact for customer inquiries and requests.
    • Handle complaints, returns, and exchanges professionally.
    • Ensure all customer issues are resolved quickly and in line with brand standards.
    • Maintain a premium and welcoming in-store experience at all times.

    Team Support & Leadership

    • Lead by example in sales performance and customer engagement.
    • Support and guide Beauty Advisors on the shop floor.
    • Assist in training new team members on product knowledge and service standards.
    • Help maintain a high-performance, customer-focused culture.

    Product Expertise

    • Maintain deep knowledge of makeup, skincare, and fragrance products.
    • Stay updated on new launches, trends, and brand storytelling.
    • Educate customers and team members on product usage and benefits.

    Store Support

    • Assist with daily store operations, opening and closing duties when required.
    • Support inventory checks and stock replenishment.
    • Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation standards are maintained.
    • Support in-store events, promotions, and product launches.

    Requirements

    • 2–4 years’ experience in beauty retail or luxury customer-facing sales.
    • Strong knowledge of makeup, skincare, and fragrance categories.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Ability to multitask across sales, service, and support duties.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and a team-player mindset.
    • Passion for luxury beauty and customer experience excellence.
