    Brand Marketing Manager

    Role Description

    • This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Brand Marketing Manager based in Lagos, Nigeria.
    • The Brand Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
    • Key responsibilities include managing campaigns, creating marketing content, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, analyzing market trends, and ensuring the brand's positioning aligns with business goals. The role offers a mix of in-office and remote work flexibility.

    Key Responsibilities

    Brand Strategy & Positioning

    • Own the positioning and storytelling for assigned brands
    • Ensure each brand has a clear identity across digital and in-store channels
    • Align brand direction with overall business goals

    Campaigns & Launches

    • Lead and execute product launches and seasonal campaigns
    • Work closely with internal teams to deliver cohesive campaigns across all platforms
    • Ensure timely and high-quality execution

    Brand Partnerships & Supplier Management

    • Serve as the key point of contact for brand partners
    • Drive marketing support, collaborations, and campaign alignment
    • Identify opportunities for co-branded initiatives and activations

    In-Store Experience & Visual Direction

    • Work with VM and retail teams to maintain premium brand presentation
    • Ensure in-store experience reflects brand identity and luxury standards

    Performance & Growth

    • Track brand performance and recommend actions to drive sales
    • Identify opportunities to grow key categories (fragrance, skincare, etc.)
    • Balance brand equity with commercial outcomes

    Qualifications

    • Strong skills in marketing strategy development, brand management, and campaign planning.
    • Experience in content creation, digital marketing, and social media marketing.
    • Proficiency in data analysis, market research, and performance evaluation to guide decision-making.
    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
    • Creative thinking, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of luxury and beauty markets.
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, social media platforms, and CRM software is a plus.
    • Experience in the beauty or luxury retail industry is a must
    • Experience managing campaigns, launches, and partnerships
    • Commercial awareness with the ability to connect marketing efforts to sales performance.
    • A self-starter who can take ownership and drive results
