    Senior Marketing Manager

    POSITION SUMMARY

    Mikano Motors is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who will be responsible for leading the strategic direction, brand growth, and revenue-driven marketing performance of the Motors division.

    This role drives market leadership across passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, and aftersales while ensuring strong alignment with sales, network development, and group strategy.

    TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develop and execute annual marketing strategy aligned with revenue targets.
    • Position Mikano Motors as a premium, authorized 3S (Sales, Service, Spare Parts) dealership group.
    • Lead all ATL, BTL, and experiential activations.
    • Oversee production of Online campaign, Reels, Radio, Outdoor, Social & Digital content, Showroom branding.
    • Lead all vehicle launches, develop pricing communication strategy in collaboration with Sales and coordinate. with OEM partners on brand assets and guidelines.
    • Support dealership marketing plans nationwide, standardize showroom branding and customer journey experience. Increase service retention, promote genuine spare parts, design service campaigns (maintenance packages, warranty extensions).
    • Oversee CRM strategy integration with Sales, improve, lead response time, conversion tracking, customer lifecycle communication, use data analytics to inform budget allocation.
    • Create dashboards for weekly performance reporting
    • Manage annual marketing budget efficiently.
    • Evaluate and manage agencies, production houses, and media partners.
    • Build and mentor high-performing marketing team.
    • Drive accountability and performance culture.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, or related fields.
    • Minimum 8+ years Automotive marketing.
    • Strong understanding of Nigerian automotive landscape.
    • Proven experience in performance marketing and revenue attribution.
    • Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets.
    • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

    Logistics Supervisor

    POSITION SUMMARY

    As a Logistics Supervisor for Mikano Motors' assembly plant, you are to ensure that there is disruption to parts and consumables being supplied to production line. Plan and organize dock schedules to accommodate inbound/outbound freight.

    TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Liaise with the production department in respect to outgoing parts and stock management of finished good.
    • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures of the company including Health and Safety, Environmental and be pro-active in the development of a safe working environment.
    • Responsible for ensuring that material allocations for the daily production schedule are completed daily.
    • Ensure that material returns from manufacturing are processed in a timely manner.
    • Prepares Plan for Every Part (PFEP) chart and help to analyse loss or shortage of materials during production.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Proven experience as an automotive Technician.
    • Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience performing similar responsibilities
    • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role in Logistics department in a related industry.

    Production Supervisor

    POSITION SUMMARY

    As a Production Supervisor for Mikano Motors' assembly plant, you are responsible for supervising daily automobile assembly operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, safety requirements, and operational efficiency are achieved.

    TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Supervise daily automobile assembly activities to ensure production targets are achieved within scheduled timelines.
    • Ensure all production processes are carried out in accordance with approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
    • Monitor production quality and ensure defects are minimized through effective supervision.
    • Ensure employees comply with safety procedures, use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and maintain good housekeeping practices.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • HND/B.Sc in Mechanical, Industrial or Production Engineering
    • Minimum of 5 years in automotve assembly plant.

    Production Supervisor

    POSITION SUMMARY

    As a QC/QA Supervisor for Mikano Motors' assembly plant, you are responsible for carrying out and implementing systems and procedures that ensure product quality within the organization. Also, for devising priorities and standards, managing schedules to abide by the production timeline, monitoring activities, coordinating with production and quality control personnel and assessing employee performance.

    TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • To check the quality of production line output.
    • Defect monitoring & giving communication to internal and concerned respective departments.
    • Ensures that equipment is calibrated as at when due and that the record of calibration is properly kept.
    • Reviews and revises SOPs when necessary.
    • Ensure that assembly processes comply with standards at both national and international level

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelors/HND Degree in any related discipline.
    • Relevant professional qualification would be an added advantage.
    • Proven experience as an automotive Technician.
    • Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience performing similar responsibilities
    • Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a Supervisory role in QC department in a related industry.

    Store Supervisor

    POSITION SUMMARY

    As a Store Supervisor for Mikano Motors' assembly plant, you are responsible to oversee and monitor the stock, spare parts, and inventory in the warehouse

    TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Coordinate with other departments to organize shipping, receiving, distribution, and transportation activities.
    • Keep a detailed record of each and every merchandise arriving and departing from the store house.
    • Coordinates production needs to maintain adequate supplies to meet store needs.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's/HND Degree in any related discipline.
    • Relevant professional qualifications would be an added advantage.
    • Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience performing similar responsibilities

    Ac Technician

    POSITION SUMMARY

    As an Ac Technician for Mikano Motors' assembly plant, you are responsible for the installation, diagnosis, servicing, maintenance, and repair of vehicle air conditioning (A/C) systems during the vehicle assembly process and after-sales supportEnsures all vehicle A/C systems are installed and functioning according to manufacturer specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements before vehicle release.

    TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Install vehicle air conditioning components including compressors, condensers, evaporators, expansion valves, blower motors, hoses, pipes, and associated electrical components during vehicle assembly
    • Carry out vacuuming and refrigerant charging of newly assembled vehicles in accordance with OEM specifications
    • Ensure all vehicles pass final AC performance inspection before dispatch.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's/HND Degree in any related discipline.
    • Relevant professional qualifications would be an added advantage.
    • Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience performing similar responsibilities
    • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role in Store department in a related industry.
