    Broadband Analyst

    Job Responsibilities

    • The broadband analyst is an expert in broadband packages. He analyses broadband speed, usage,
    • and the technology used by providers in delivering broadband packages. The analyst covers all
    • matters covering broadband features, benefits, and providers analysis. The analyst analyses
    • competing products in the market, source and verify information about them before adding them to
    • our comparison site, guides, and tools.
    • The analyst ensures that content in our comparison site are 100% accurate and up to date. All
    • statements made in guides, tools, and newsletter must always be factual. Having analytical skills -
    • utilising data to make clear decisions, backed by evidence is particularly important.
    • Experience acquired in creating and managing these products first-hand helps in the assessment of
    • what makes a great product deal and the ones to avoid.

    Requirements

    • This role requires ability to make complex broadband topics easy to understand, whether be it in an
    • article, a blog, or a news story, or even our weekly newsletter.
    • The analyst is therefore expected to write guides, blogs, and news stories, to pitch ideas and
    • produce content for our newsletter, and help as we look to continuously modernise our website.
    • Analyst must have worked with an Internet Service Provider (ISP) and involved in creating or
    • managing broadband products. Having analytical skills - utilising data to make clear decisions,
    • backed by evidence is particularly important.
    • Experience acquired in creating and managing these products first-hand helps in the assessment of
    • what makes a great product deal and the ones to avoid.

    Experience

    • 1st degree with a minimum of second class lower.
    • 3 - 5 years with ISP in broadband product management.
    • A track record of successfully leading product development from strategy to concept
    • through post-launch growth.
    • Marketplace experience is preferred.

    Consumer Loan Analyst

    • The consumer loan analyst is an expert in retail credit or loans matters including types of retail loans, features, benefits, and the financial information of persons that are applying for credit or loans to determine the risk that the bank, or other lending or credit-granting institution will require. With focus on retail banking loan products, the consumer loan analyst analyses competing products in the markets, source and verify information about them before adding them to our comparison site, guides, and tools.

    Experience

    • 1st degree with a minimum of second class lower.
    • 3 -5 years in retail loan product management at a bank, other lending or credit-granting
    • institution or consumer internet company.
    • A track record of successfully leading product development from strategy to concept
    • through post-launch growth.
    • Marketplace experience is preferred.
