• Minimum of 2 years experience as a radiographer
• Certification in Radiography from a recognized institution.
• Proficiency in ultrasound equipment is an added advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have Ultrasound Experience
• Must be registered with the relevant professional body.

• We seek a young, high-potential Business Analyst to support business process optimization, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making. 
• The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between IT and business teams, ensuring seamless project execution.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements (BRD, FRD, user stories).
• Conduct data analysis (SQL, Excel) and visualize insights (Power BI/Tableau).
• Model business processes (BPMN, flowcharts) and recommend improvements.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog refinement).
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders, developers, and management.
• Support testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business needs.

Requirements

• 1 - 3 years of experience as a BA (fresh graduates with strong internships considered).
• Proficiency in requirements documentation, data analysis, and process modeling.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Strong Excel, SQL, and visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau is a plus).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management.
• Certifications (optional but preferred): ECBA, CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile certs.
• Basic programming (Python, R) for data analysis.
• Domain knowledge in [e.g., Finance, Logistics, Healthcare – if applicable].
