    Treasury Account Officer

    Job Description

    • Receive payment schedule from Accountant, compute withholding tax deductible and add the account details, make payment to the beneficiaries and share with all concerned parties.
    • Prepare payment instructions/cheques for signature by the authorized signatory.
    • Entering of all payments made on Sage ERP.
    • Entering of all reconciling items from bank reconciliation exercise on Sage ERP.
    • Receive schedules of VAT, PAYE, CIT, ITF, NSITF, Pension payables, and process payment as and when due.
    • Receive and retain receipts of all statutory payments.
    • Awareness, understanding and application of QMS, EMS and OHS policies on assigned jobs.

    • Responsible for operation of all cargo loading and discharge activities for a 12 hour shift each day.

    • Accountable for administrative, financial and risk management operations of the Company through development of a financial and operational strategy
    • Ensures the provision of detailed financial data, as well as relevant, accurate and prompt analysis and recommendations required for daily business and financing decisions.

    Company Secretary / Legal Adviser

    Responsibilities

    • Provide proactive and efficient legal advice/opinion to support the corporate and operational business functions on contractual, financial, tax and regulatory matters affecting the company.
    • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other documents required by the business functions.

    • An MBA, a Master's Degree, other professional qualifications such ACA, ACCA, ICSA, ACIT, etc. will be an added advantage.
    • Possess a broad skill set in corporate law, finance, governance, strategy and company secretarial practice
    • At least 5 years post-call experience in an international commercial law firm or similar post-call experience with a mid-sized or major E&P company.

    Senior Reservoir Engineer

    Job Description

    • Work in an integrated study team /asset development team where he/she can leverage his/her experience to generate quality studies and field development plans.
    • Make RE input into and coordinate field development planning and integrated field studies.
    • The required technical work will comprise but not limited to dynamic modelling, well/reservoir performance reviews, development options evaluation and economics.
    • Dissemination of best practices and provision of guidance to less experienced team members.
    • Directs and participates in well surveillance activities (MER, BHP etc), and reservoir definition and behavior prediction of assigned reservoirs or fields.
    • Conducts conventional reservoir engineering and simulation studies to identify optimum recovery and field development options, adjusts reservoir development plans in response to changes in well and reservoir performance.
    • Must have experience in well test design & interpretation, material balance modelling and performance modelling of vertical and horizontal wells.
    • Be familiar with various oil recovery enhancement techniques (water flood, gas injection, gas lift etc).
    • Conducts, documents and presents, field reviews, and further development proposals.
    • Monitors production from existing fields, analyses all relevant data, and ensures that reservoirs are being properly managed, production is maximised and recoveries are optimal. To establish reservoir management strategies where they do not exist, and update them where they do.
    • Participates strongly in defining the scope and content of reservoir studies used to assist in determining well behavior and optimum recovery methods. Includes, establishing program specifications, reviewing available resources, preparing tender documents, reviewing and evaluating bids and monitoring study team performance.
    • Provides estimates of oil and gas resources by conducting annual reserves evaluation, classification, and booking for the assigned assets, and document the report in an appropriate format. i.e Annual
    • Review of Petroleum Reserves (ARPR)

    Qualifications

    • As a Snr Reservoir Engineer, must have a broad understanding of other E&P disciplines and skills in all key reservoir engineering specialties.
    • A University Degree in Engineering or equivalent with 7 - 11 years relevant experience, including a minimum of 6 years RE work experience in an operating company.

    Senior Production Technologist

    Job Description

    • Lead Well performance modelling, sand prediction, sand control selection and upper completion design, perforating and smart well design for land and swamp operations.
    • Work in an integrated study team (as a member or a study team lead) to mature opportunities.
    • Make PT input into field development plan.
    • The goal is to extract hydrocarbon optimally and profitably from the Assets.
    • Ensure compliance with well, reservoir and facility management, well integrity, control guidelines and taking appropriate actions in assigned field/s. This is to safeguard the assets and assure reputation of the company.
    • Identification of short term oil opportunities for ranking in the business planning processes and the maturation of short term oil opportunities within the asset team.
    • Ensure flow assurance for the life cycle of the completed wells. Incorporate mitigation strategies into production optimization plans.
    • Identify candidate wells, which have near wellbore or wellbore damage for stimulations (e.g. acid or hydraulic stimulations) and design suitable treatment. Monitor the stimulations operations and evaluate the results.
    • Identify water or gas shut off candidates wells and design treatments (mechanical and chemical treatments).
    • Monitor operations and evaluate results.
    • Identify wells that require additional and/or re-perforations, due to high mechanical skin and design operations (e.g. gun selection, drawdown). Monitor operations and evaluate results.
    • Generate an activity proposal for any of the above operations, which contains the economic justification functional design and programme outline.
    • Generate well/system model (incl. the artificial lift) to compare actual performance with predicted.
    • Identify wells that are not optimized and initiate actions/well interventions to change the operating conditions.
    • Identify wells that are not performing and review options to improve inflow performance.
    • Generate a well/reservoir surveillance plan, in conjunction with other disciplines, obtain key data and incorporate it into asset surveillance plan.
    • Identify candidates for BHPs, production logging & related cased hole logs and design the operation.
    • Monitor operations and evaluate results.

    Requirements

    • As a Senior Production Technologist, incumbent should have a broad understanding of other E&P disciplines and skills in all key Production technologist specialties.
    • A University Degree in Engineering or equivalent with 9 - 11 years relevant experience, including a minimum of 9 years PT work experience in an operating company.
