Key Responsibilities

Requirements and Skills

• Education: Advanced Degree in Finance or professional qualification in accounting/finance
• Business Partnership: At least 3 years of experience as a finance business partner to manufacturing, supply chain, and/or sales & marketing
• Industry Experience: Manufacturing, FMCG, Retail, and/or E-commerce experience required
• ERP Expertise: Minimum 5 years of ERP experience
• Overall Experience: At least 7 years of overall experience with a strong background in finance and treasury management
• FP&A Experience: At least 2 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis
• Management Reporting: Proven experience supporting Finance Management Reporting functions within the last 2-3 years
• Technical Skills: Expertise in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and financial modeling
• Financial Acumen: In-depth understanding of financial statements, KPIs, and performance metrics
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in financial data analysis
• Exposure to Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau

• Daily Accounting Operations: Manage day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing
• Period-End Close: Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial statement preparation
• Budgetary Control: Enforce budgetary control and compliance across all departments
• Financial Controls: Implement and maintain robust financial controls to prevent errors, fraud, and ensure regulatory compliance

• Overall Experience: At least 5 years of overall experience with a strong background in financial reporting and audit/compliance
• Period-End Experience: Proven experience with period-end closing within the last 2-3 years
• Multi-Currency: Experience with multi-currency operations
• Technical Skills: Expertise in Microsoft Excel including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and financial modeling
• Accounting Standards: In-depth understanding of GAAP/IFRS
