Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Financial Leadership: Oversee comprehensive management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making across manufacturing and e-commerce operations
• Treasury Management: Manage treasury operations including cash flow optimization, banking relationships, and liquidity management for operational needs
• Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue enhancement strategies
• Executive Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely management reporting to C-suite executives
• Budget Management: Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and monitor performance against financial targets
• Strategic Insights: Provide financial insights to support pricing strategies, investment decisions, and market expansion initiatives

Requirements and Skills

• Education: Advanced Degree in Finance or professional qualification in accounting/finance
• Business Partnership: At least 3 years of experience as a finance business partner to manufacturing, supply chain, and/or sales & marketing
• Industry Experience: Manufacturing, FMCG, Retail, and/or E-commerce experience required
• ERP Expertise: Minimum 5 years of ERP experience
• Overall Experience: At least 7 years of overall experience with a strong background in finance and treasury management
• FP&A Experience: At least 2 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis
• Management Reporting: Proven experience supporting Finance Management Reporting functions within the last 2-3 years
• Technical Skills: Expertise in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and financial modeling
• Financial Acumen: In-depth understanding of financial statements, KPIs, and performance metrics
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in financial data analysis
• Exposure to Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau
