Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Finance Analyst/Cost Accountant to join our manufacturing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manufacturing Financial Support: Provide financial analysis and support for manufacturing operations, cost accounting, and operational efficiency initiatives
• Cost Analysis: Analyze production costs, conduct variance analysis, and identify margin improvement opportunities across manufacturing processes
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Support budgeting and forecasting for operational departments including production, supply chain, and logistics
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor key operational metrics and provide financial insights to optimize resource allocation and performance
• Cost Control: Implement cost control measures and track savings initiatives to improve operational profitability
• Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with operations teams to develop pricing strategies and evaluate capital investment opportunities
• Operational Reporting: Prepare financial reports and analysis for operational decision-making and performance management

Requirements and Skills

• Manufacturing Experience: At least 4 years of manufacturing experience with focus on factory cost accounting
• ERP Expertise: Minimum 3 years of ERP experience
• Overall Experience: At least 4 years of overall experience with a strong background in cost accounting and product analysis
• Multi-Currency: Experience with multi-currency operations
• Technical Skills: Expertise in Microsoft Excel including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and financial modeling
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in financial data analysis
• Business Partnership: At least 2 years of experience as finance business partner to manufacturing, supply chain, and/or sales & marketing team.
• Exposure to Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau
