Job Responsibilities:

• Carry out installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
• Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance on electrical components to reduce downtime.
• Diagnose electrical faults and implement effective corrective actions.
• Ensure proper functioning of control panels, motors, and wiring systems.
• Support production operations by ensuring all electrical equipment are in optimal condition.
• Adhere strictly to safety standards and electrical regulations.
• Assist in troubleshooting breakdowns and emergency repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of NAPTep (Technical Certificate) in Electrical or related field.
• 2 – 4 years proven working experience as an Electrical Technician.
• Sound knowledge of basic electrical fundamentals and industrial electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and diagrams.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

• Carry out wiring, testing, and commissioning of electrical panels and machines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults to minimize downtime.

• Ensure proper operation of motors using Direct Online (DOL) starters and other control systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical regulations.
• Support production operations to achieve efficient and reliable performance.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation for maintenance activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum of National Business and Technical Examinations Board (NABTEB) Technical Certificate in Electrical or related field.
• 2– 3 years proven working experience in industrial electrical systems.
• Basic knowledge of industrial automation systems (PLC, VFD, and motor control systems).
• Understanding of Direct Online (DOL) wiring and electrical panel design.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
