    Assistant Manager Business Analyst

    The purpose of the job is to plays a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions.  This position involves working closely with various business and IT stakeholders to identify, analyse, and document business requirements.

    THE JOB

    • Requirements Gathering and Documentation: work with stakeholders (e.g. business leaders, managers, and end-users) to understand their needs and challenges.
    • Data Analysis: assist in collecting, cleaning, and analysing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

    THE JOB

    The Workshop Officer is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all auto-electrical repair and maintenance activities in the workshop.     THE JOB

    PURPOSE

    To oversee and manage the maintenance and operation of the milling and process equipment and ensuring optimal performance of equipment and adherence to safety and quality standards.     • Possess hands-on experience in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues within the milling process.
    • Be able to monitor production parameters and ensure optimal machine performance during shifts.
    • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify process inefficiencies.
    • Be proficient in using maintenance and process monitoring tools or software.

    To manage all accounting and management control aspects of the major investment projects currently being undertaken by Golden Sugar Company Ltd and AgriPalm.

    THE JOB

    • Ensuring correct recording and follow-up of all transactions related to the major projects
    • Register and follow-up all Purchase Requisitions, Advance Payments, Mobilization Payments, Purchase Orders, Part-payments on certification, Completed Orders with Goods Received Note or Approved Certification, Invoices and payment of all contractors with the correct recording in the accounting records.

    PURPOSE

    THE JOB

    • Develop, maintain, and improve continuously preventive maintenance program to maximise equipment reliability.
    • Schedule all planned maintenance and remedial work orders after assessing resource requirements such as labour, skills, and spare parts.

    • Configure and drive CMMS/EAM usage with the OEM recommended maintenance as a minimum
