Key Responsibilities

• The job holder shall be responsible for coordinating and negotiating with suppliers for project materials
• Developing procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective.
• Preparing of purchase orders
• Going on market survey and providing a report on the survey
• Building and maintaining long-term professional relationships with vendors and suppliers
• Vendor reconciliation to get quality materials

Key Requirements

• HND or Bachelor's Degree in any relevant discipline
• Minimum of 2 years experience in the design and build industry or other related fields
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work well with a team
• Excellent communication skills.

• Site & Venue recce as required.
• Take the design “brief” to record requirements and client’s needs.
• Work with a wide range of media and use required design software to produce 2D & 3D drawings and photorealistic renders.
• Think creatively and develop new design concepts and layouts.
• Prepare rough drafts and present your ideas.

Key Requirements

• HND or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in the design and build industry or other related fields.
• Proficient in SketchUp and Vray.
• Strong imagination and the ability to think in 3 dimensions.
• Ability to prioritize tasks with timely delivery.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work well with a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
