Architect

Location: Mushin, Lagos

Key Responsibilities
- Site & Venue recce as required.
- Take the design “brief” to record requirements and client’s needs.
- Work with a wide range of media and use required design software to produce 2D & 3D drawings and photorealistic renders.
- Think creatively and develop new design concepts and layouts.
- Prepare rough drafts and present your ideas.
Key Requirements
- HND or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the design and build industry or other related fields.
- Proficient in SketchUp and Vray.
- Strong imagination and the ability to think in 3 dimensions.
- Ability to prioritize tasks with timely delivery.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work well with a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
