    Maintenance Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Optimize Equipment Performance: Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and boost productivity.
    • Smart Inventory Management: Analyze maintenance history to determine spare parts needs, streamline stock levels, and ensure cost-effective procurement.
    • Enhance Operational Efficiency: Collaborate with production and engineering teams to implement best practices and improve equipment reliability.
    • Cost & Supplier Management: Research and negotiate with suppliers to secure high-quality parts at the best prices while maintaining efficiency.
    • Ensure Compliance & Safety: Lead maintenance activities in line with safety regulations and industry standards.
    • Data-Driven Decision Making: Monitor equipment performance, track key maintenance metrics, and drive continuous improvement.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in maintenance management within a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
    • Deep understanding of preventive & corrective maintenance strategies.
    • Strong knowledge of inventory management software and maintenance tracking tools.
    • Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

    • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, investment analysis, and risk management.
    • Proven ability to develop financial strategies that align with business goals.
    • Expertise in ERP systems, financial modeling, and cost optimization.
    • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
