    MAC Retail Artist (Lagos)

    Responsibilities

    • Greet customers, answer questions, and provide product recommendations.

    Responsibilities

    • Greets customers including answering phones and directing customer inquiries to the appropriate party
    • Answers routine billing questions/issues from customers
    • Receives and processes all payments according to standard procedures.
    • Assists in the opening and closing of a retail location which includes but is not limited to cash handling and deposits

    Beauty Advisor

    Responsibilities

    • Assists customers with finding products that meet their needs and sell customers as many products as possible.
    • Ensure customer's shopping experience is enjoyable
    • Give advice and guidance on product selection and usage to customers
    • Suggest products to customers, explain how products work, demonstrate how to use products, perform makeovers if necessary, and operate the cash register if assigned
    • Greet customers entering the Store and appreciation for patronage
    • Arrange customer orders and deliveries
    • Order new products through the store Manager and manage inventory.
