    Tele Sales Officer

    Job Brief:

    Job holder shall be responsible for effectively following up on generated leads and closing sales deals over the phone and via email communications. Job holder shall be expected to maintain good customer relationship for customer retention.

    Core responsibility shall be:

    • Responsible for ensuring the set sales target for the Telesales Department is achieved as specified.
    • Maintaining positive client relationships and driving new partners acquisitions on all available products
    • Ensuring structures and strategies are put in place to foster Sales.
    • Maintains knowledge of all current and upcoming products.
    • Carryout effective scheduled follow-up on all sales leads
    • Contacts potential clients and customers to generate sales.
    • Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation and channel to the appropriate offices
    • Maintains knowledge of all current and upcoming products.
    • Staying updated on all arising real estate trends and best practices.
    • Effective recod keeping of calls, sales  leads and any other useful information
    • Serve as a sales support officer with the Digital Marketing team

    Qualification

    • A minimum degree of BSc/BA in any relevant field
    • 2-3 years’ experience in exact or a similar role
    • Real Estate sales/operations experience is a MUST

    Skills & Competencies

    • Excellent Sales & Marketing skills
    • Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
    • Intermediate proficiency in the use of Microsoft office suites.
    • Sales driven

    Partners Manager

    Job Brief: Job holder shall be responsible for managing the sales and operations activities of all external sales Partners ensuring that they have all resources/support needed for their effective functionality is made available with the sole objective of meeting the set target for the Partners Management Business.

    Core responsibility shall be:

    • Responsible for ensuring the set sales target for the Partners business is achieved as specified.
    • Responsible for ensuring the set Partners enrollment target for the business across all regions is achieved as specified.
    • Maintaining positive client relationships and driving new partners acquisitions.
    • Enuring structures and strategies and put in place to foster Partners Retention and focus.
    • Developing and implementing the required procedures and policies to guide the seamless operations of the Partners Business.
    • Monitoring and reviewing partners business operations to ensure operations are always aligned with set objectives
    • Identifying operations/sales transactions gaps and implementing reactive/corrective measures to achieve key result areas.
    • Innovatively and proactively overseeing all financial, performance, sales & marketing, events, reward & recognition, and documentation activities of all registered partners.

    ·         Ensuring that all Partners have timely information, resources, support needed for their effective functionality with the sole objective of meeting the set targets for the Partners Management Business.

    ·         Liaising with all internal stakeholders to ensure all required resources and support needed for the partners seamless operations is timely made available

    • Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
    • Develop effective training programs that teach agents/partners how to acquire customers, negotiate deals, secure financing, and complete paperwork for the sale.

    ·         Staying updated on all arising real estate partners markets trends and best practices

    Qualification

    • A degree in Business Administration or any related field.
    • 3-5 years’ experience in exact or a similar role
    •  Real Estate sales/operations experience is a MUST

    Senior Sales Executive

    Job Brief:

    Job holder shall be responsible for selling the company’s products by carrying out marketing and networking activities. Overview function shall be key account management, sales & marketing, attending to existing and prospective customer’s inquiries for the establishment of new businesses.

    • Expected to meet established weekly and monthly sales target
    • Client Key Account Management
    • New account generation
    • Client retention management
    • Carry out market research/ feasibility studies for reporting and market intelligence to foster sales

    Skills & Competencies

    • Ability to sell luxury real estate off plan products
    • Able to turn over sales a minimum of 100million – 300million month on month
    • Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
    • Has good professional work ethics
    • Good Customer Service etiquettes
    • Passionate about sales & marketing
    • Good verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent persuasive and negotiation skills
    • Basic proficiency in the use of MS Office Suites.

    Qualification:

    • BSc/BA in any relevant field
    • A minimum of 5 years Real Estate Sales experience
    • The candidate MUST have proven sales experience in the real estate industry
