    Farm Hand

    Main Function

    • The Farm Hand is responsible for carrying out general farm duties, including feeding livestock, cleaning farm areas, assisting in planting and harvesting, and ensuring overall farm maintenance. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

    Role Responsibilities
    General Farm Duties:

    • Assist in feeding and watering livestock (poultry, fish etc).
    • Help in cleaning and sanitizing animal pens, coops, and enclosures to maintain hygiene.
    • Monitor livestock behavior and report signs of illness or distress to the Supervisor.
    • Support handling and movement of animals during medical check-ups, breeding, or transportation.

    Crop and Grain Storage Assistance:

    • Participate in planting, weeding, and harvesting crops where applicable.
    • Assist in loading and unloading crops into storage bins or for transportation.
    • Monitor grain storage conditions to prevent spoilage, pests, or contamination..

    Farm Maintenance:

    • Clean and maintain farm tools, equipment, and buildings.
    • Assist in repairing fences, gates, and other structures to keep animals secure.
    • Help with irrigation system checks and maintenance.

    Biosecurity and Safety Compliance:

    • Adhere to biosecurity procedures to minimize disease spread among livestock.

    Skills and Qualifications

    • Prior experience in farm work is required.

    Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

    Main Function

    • The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of the Group will lead the strategic development, implementation, and optimization of technology across the group’s diverse business units, including fuel stations, retail, quick-service restaurants, bakery, car wash, laundry, rental halls, hotels etc. 
    • The CTO will drive digital transformation, ensure infrastructure efficiency, manage IT risks, and support business innovation aligned with the company’s growth and operational excellence goals.

    Role Responsibilities
    Technology Strategy and Leadership:

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive IT and digital transformation strategy in alignment with the group’s long-term vision and operational goals.
    • Advise executive management on emerging technologies and trends that can impact or benefit the subsidiaries.
    • Lead the adoption of automation, ERP, data analytics, AI, IoT, and other innovative technologies to improve efficiency and customer experience.

    Infrastructure & Systems Management:

    • Oversee the architecture, design, implementation, and maintenance of all IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, POS systems, CCTV, fuel dispenser systems, and cloud platforms.
    • Ensure systems are scalable, secure, reliable, and optimized for peak performance across all locations.
    • Drive the consolidation and integration of digital tools across business units for operational coherence..

    Cybersecurity, Risk & Compliance:

    • Establish and enforce IT security policies, standards, and best practices to protect company data and systems from internal and external threats.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., data protection, financial reporting systems, etc.).
    • Lead disaster recovery planning and business continuity initiatives for technology systems.

    Digital Transformation & Innovation

    • Champion the implementation of digital solutions such as mobile apps, CRM systems, e-commerce platforms, loyalty programs, and self-service solutions.
    • Work with department heads to digitize internal workflows (HR, finance, operations, etc.).
    • Evaluate and deploy technologies to enhance the customer journey across touchpoints in the group’s fuel, retail, hospitality, and food services.

    Project Management:

    • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects across all subsidiaries and business units.
    • Ensure project timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met with measurable ROI.
    • Establish agile project management methodologies and tools for effective implementation.

    Team Leadership & Capacity Building:

    • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing, agile technology team.
    • Ensure recruitment, performance management, and continuous training of IT staff.
    • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, accountability, and excellence within the technology team.

    Vendor and Stakeholder Management:

    • Manage vendor relationships with technology providers, hardware suppliers, software developers, and consultants.
    • Evaluate, negotiate, and implement technology partnerships that align with business goals.
    • Collaborate with internal business leaders to align technology solutions with business needs.

    Qualifications
    Education:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
    • MBA or Master’s degree in Technology/Business-related field is an added advantage.
    • Professional certifications (e.g., CISSP, TOGAF, ITIL, AWS, Microsoft, Cisco, PMP) preferred.

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 10 years of progressive IT experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or CTO role.
    • Strong track record of implementing enterprise-wide digital transformation in retail, oil & gas, hospitality, or multi-sector organizations.
    • Proven experience in systems integration, infrastructure management, cybersecurity, and IT governance.

    Business Development Officer (Oil & Gas Sector)

    Job Summary

    • Our Client is looking to hire four Business Development Officers in Lagos and Abuja.
    • A highly driven and sophisticated Business Development Officer with deep experience in the oil and gas industry, specifically in driving commercial growth and closing high-value transactions with International Oil Companies (IOCs), National Oil Companies (NOCs), and related stakeholders. 
    • The ideal candidate must possess a commanding executive presence, a polished and persuasive communication style, and the strategic acumen required to build relationships, negotiate complex deals, and position our brand as a partner of choice within the energy sector.

    Role Responsibilities
    Strategic Business Development:

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with IOCs, NOCs, and large energy-related institutions.
    • Develop market penetration strategies to expand the company’s footprint across the upstream, midstream, and downstream oil & gas value chain.
    • Conduct competitive analysis and strategic mapping to identify potential areas for growth and collaboration.

    Client & Stakeholder Relationship Management:

    Revenue Generation & Performance Reporting:

    Brand Positioning & Representation:

    Qualifications and Experience
