    Sales Manager - Renewable Energy (Solar)

    Job Description

    • We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Abuja. If you have a strong background in sales, a passion for renewable energy, and experience in the solar industry, we want to hear from you

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage the sales team to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and expand the company's market presence.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
    • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitor activities within the solar energy sector.
    • Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
    • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered successfully.

    Requirements

    • A Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
    • 3-5 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the renewable energy (solar) industry.
    • Strong knowledge of solar energy products and solutions.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in managing and motivating a sales team.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve company goals.
