Job Responsibilities

• Oversee day to day activities of the restaurant
• Ensuring food safety, by monitoring food handling, storage and preparation to prevent contamination
• Checking the quality and freshness of ingredients received from suppliers
• Verify that dishes are prepared according to recipes and preparation standards
• Ensure monitoring of raw materials usage, ensure wastage are also Control.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc in Hospitality Management
• 3-5 years working experience
• Knowledge of restaurant management system and procedures
