    Data Support Analyst

    MAIN FUNCTIONS

    • Primary customer point of contact for ALL questions related to "Data": data troubleshooting, configuration management support, data heath check monitoring and reporting, data bulk loads for project / new integration / cleansing / updates / migrations, integration specs for inbound & outbound data flow/connector with other systems, partner with other Company Information Technology (EMIT) and non- EMIT groups in the resolution of data related issues, run data quality metrics tools and taking action to correct issues, including root cause analysis for systemic problems, ensuring the data is in compliance with defined data standards, assist in promoting effective use of standard data management tools and processes, MoC data testing and troubleshooting.
    • Works with moderate work direction and is skilled and knowledgeable to the position.
    • This position would typically include senior Data Support Analyst who is able to perform tasks of high complexity and difficulty. Such individual could also manage, train and mentor other team members and lead projects.

    SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

    • Strong level of relational database concepts, ability to write complex SQL queries and scripts against highly abstracted model, experience in IT Change Control support with complex framework of integrations, ability to map logical / physical data models, gather / analyze / compare data via (tableau, excel pivot, access), be familiar with the data profiling concepts.

    Controls Coordinator Administrator

    MAIN FUNCTIONS

    • Coordinating compliance controls and integrity in the group, ensure implementation and administers, manages controls calendar, system access, less analytical more coordination and data management.
    • Activities: Reports on Business control KPIs, Irregu larity logs, Key Activities related to Rep letters, Fixed Asset register and adhoc activities e.g. Awareness training, oi System (oi). Reports to Project Controls
    • Advisor.Works with moderate work direction and is skilled and knowledgeable to the position.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Promoting Controls Intergrity (Cl) & Controls and support to raise staff control awareness
    • Identify new processes or changes and ensure all FCPA requirements are properly performed/updated and approved
    • Assisting the Business Manager with key activities as required around budgeting and planning activity
    • Ensuring controls catalogs are documented/updated and approved as required by Business Manager
    • Supports ongoing controls activities (Audits — I-JIA Planning and coordination, Representation Letter
    • Coordination, Controls Training for staff and maintaining training register, End user Computing Risk Assessments, Access Reviews)
    • Update & file Delegation Of Authority Guide (DOAG), FCPA's, MOC's, Job Handover checklists
    • Responsible for coordinating Management and Protection of Information (MPI) Monthly Inspection & Reporting
    • Preparing/coordinating the development of controls documentation
    • Prepare monthly oi updates
    • Monthly reporting of KPI Scorecards for oi & Cl
    • Provide awareness of Tools in developing oi System 10-1 for system practitioners
    • Oversee the management of the central External Meetings Register and reporting process
    • Departmental Records Contact: Serve as Department/Business unit Subject Matter Expert (SME) and
    • collaborate with the respective Local IMS group
    • Distribute Communications about Records Management within the team
    • Safeguard the department or business units' vital records, complete and retain for ready access both physical and electronic records
    • Organize and Departmental Shared Drive folders and allocate retention codes according to Records
    • Retention Schedule
    • Shared folder structuring/organizing/maintenance, installing and removal of access
    • Organize filing/records clean up days — include on Controls Calendar
    • Focal point for all documentation and review processes for Departmental owned contracts. Monitors
    • Quality performance and adherence to contract Terms & Conditions
    • Administer contracts by monitoring Purchase Order/Agreement end dates and expenditures.
    • Raise Service Requisitions for Department/Business Unit's owned contracts/service providers
    • Represents Department/Vendor in contract development with Procurement
    • Departmental SharePoint Site Collection Administrator

    SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's Degree in Information Management, Business, Economics, or related degree.
    • Prior experience in information and record management, administration and data analysis
    • Excellent written verbal, communication, presentation skills in English
    • Ability to work effectively in a virtual, multi-cultural team environment
    • Strong leadership and interpersonal influencing skills
    • Self-starter with results and schedule orientation
    • Advanced skills in MS Excel, including data validation, charting, pivot tables
    • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Products including Publisher, Word, PowerPoint
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Access desirable

    Contracts Advisor

    MAIN FUNCTIONS

    • The Contracts Advisor supports or leads the implementation of project contracting.
    • This may include strategy and planning work during early project development phases, contractor qualification, leading and managing commercial aspects of Pre-front end engineering design (FEED) / FEED /
    • Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contract development process, assisting in contractor evaluation, selection, and award recommendation, ensuring execution and administration of high quality prime contracts, and coordinating interfaces post-contract award for the project through contract close-out.

    TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Manages process, produces deliverables, and updates tools to support development of project contracting strategy, contractor qualification, bid slates, tender, and evaluate proposals
    • Develops detailed Contracting Plan(s) consistent with overall Contracting Strategy
    • Develops Invitation to Tender (ITT) packages consistent with responsibility matrix
    • Maintains database of all correspondence to ensure all questions and clarifications have been properly documented and issues agreed to are reflected in final proposals
    • Leads or supports negotiations of any contested contractual terms and conditions
    • Conforms all contract documents consistent with selected bidder's proposal, subsequent clarifications and final negotiations
    • Obtains final functional review/endorsement of contract documents, as required (e.g., Law,
    • Audit, Controllers, etc.), as well as required endorsements
    • Provides pricing / other commercial analysis to Project Team (PT) for development of contract award recommendation
    • Assists PT in obtaining contract award endorsements/approvals from Sr. Management and other stakeholders
    • Develops and maintains final contract files (all components), as required
    • Develops and leads internal kick-off meeting(s) with Company personnel to ensure contract awareness, reviews contract terms and conditions, change order process, and claims avoidance
    • Develops materials for external kick-off meetings with Company and Contractor personnel to review key parts of the contract (e.g. Principal Document, Coordination Procedure, change order process, etc.)
    • Leads or supports Contract Administration, including working with project and business managers in aligning on contract administration responsibilities
    • Reviews and comments on Contractor's contracting and subcontracting plans, procedures, processes, and deliverables to ensure compliance with Company's requirements
    • Expedites and files Contractor commercial documents (e.g., insurance certificates, Parent
    • Company Guarantees, LOCs, etc.), and files original Bank Guarantees/LOCs per agreed processes
    • Reviews and updates project file system / procedures and Master Document Register
    • Reviews, updates, and coordinates PT contractual correspondence procedures / communications, including any notices associated with the contract (PT Document Distribution matrix)
    • Develops and monitors approval process and compliance with invoicing and payment process
    • Coordinates change control process, including: amendments, change notices, change orders and other contract changes (e.g., Management of Change (MOC) process, Change Order log, Deviation log)
    • Oversees Contractor's subcontracting activities, coordinate PT engagement in Company review / approval of individual subcontracting plans, and subcontract development activities from qualification through award / execution
    • Advises project team of contract administration and subcontracting issues, and steps being taken to mitigate consequences
    • Measures contractor performance and provides feedback through project and functional management
    • Captures and communicates contract administration and subcontracting company's lessons learned for project
    • Develops the Contract Close Out Plan (part of Project Close Out Plan)
    • Establishes a close-out agreement with Contractor (settlement of any outstanding items)

    SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

    • Experience in Contracts Engineering / Administration preferred
    • Previous experience in a closely related position required
    • Experience in commercial negotiations, contractor management and contract administration
    • BS in Engineering preferred
    • Broad understanding of project execution and contracting principles, theories, and concepts
    • Willing to business travel or relocate to project sites (domestic / overseas)
    • Owner/Operator experience in project management roles preferred
    • Professional qualification / certification from related professional body, (ISM — CPM / CPSM, APICS, PMP)
    • Position attracts a minimum of 11 years relevant experience

    Civil Engineer / Specialist

    MAIN FUNCTIONS

    • Considered an expert in Civil Engineering. Facilitates effective execution of discipline engineering and design routines that align with the teams goals, objectives, and procedures.
    • Assures accurate and timely communication among the team and other company Functions on discipline engineering activities, progress, and issues. In addition to technical ability, they should demonstrate sound communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Provides instructions and guidelines to lower level personnel. Works with limited to no supervision.
    • Primary job functions typically require exercising independent judgrnent.
    • Typically reports to Senior level Management.

    TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Facilitate and coordinate discipline engineering technical work products
    • Coordination and communication of various issues among the company's and contractor's engineering team that affect the discipline engineering design, safety, and regulatory compliance of the work
    • Evaluate / comment work performed by the Contractor and sub-contractors to insure that the work is being executed in accordance with Company specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements. Includes review of discipline design drawings and documents
    • Identi$' and assess deviations to Contract Technical Specifications and regulatory requirements; ensure that such deviations will be processed according to Company procedures; maintains Deviation Control Log.
    • Steward discipline engineering queries from the Contractor and sub-contractors as well as technical information requests
    • Keep Lead Engineer or Engineering Manager informed of discipline engineering progress, deviations, and execution concerns
    • Participate in discipline engineering reviews at Contractor's and subcontractor's locations
    • Drives and promotes capital efficiency in engineering design
    • Support internal engineering general interest or Global Practice initiatives as requested by Supervisor

    SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

    • Previous experience in a closely related position
    • Bachelors degree in Engineering within discipline.
    • Extensive knowledge of discipline design standards, specifications, codes, and appropriate safety criteria
    • Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in priorities
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software programs
    • Read, write, and speak fluent English, especially as it applies to technical and business communications
    • Position attracts a minimum of 11 years relevant experience
