    Sales Manager (Collection Products)

    Your role will focus on the uptake and widespread use of Brass’s Collection products such as QR Codes, Point of Sales(P.O.S) Terminals, and Cash Collections. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring and onboarding large businesses onto the Brass Platform.

    You will be responsible for creating and leveraging the right partnerships to ensure successful business opportunities and revenue generation. You will report to the Collections Lead to define, articulate, and implement the team’s selling strategy to ensure the inflow of revenue.

    Responsibilities

    • Identify and acquire large businesses across industries to use Brass collections products(QR, P.O.S, CASH…).
    • Monitor and improve the transaction counts and volume of new and existing customers using Brass collections products.
    • Responsible for the entire process of acquisition to deployment with the help of the sales operations team.
    • Foster relationships with new partners to achieve desired revenue. Influence senior stakeholders within customers’ organisations and premier buyers in the industry.
    • Ensure merchants’ issues are properly and quickly communicated to the sales operations team.
    • Identify and collate customers’ needs and proffer solutions to the product team.
    • Cross-sell and upsell customers on other Brass products.
    • Perform any Ad hoc tasks/duties as required

    About You

    • You are passionate about innovation, and what we are doing here at Brass excites you!
    • You have a Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) from a reputable institution.
    • You have 4- 5 years of work experience in business development, sales or account management for medium-sized to large companies.
    • Experience in Fintech is a plus.
    • You have at least 3 years in payments/e-channels products sales experience.
    • You have a good understanding of the payments landscape in Nigeria, especially the P.O.S. business.
    • You must have existing strong business relationships to quickly acquire within the first 1month of joining Brass.
    • Has strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment
    • You can work effectively with minimal supervision and can take absolute ownership of your role and targets.

    Brand Designer

    In this role, you will play a critical role in defining and implementing our brand through visually engaging and impactful designs. Working closely with the Communication and Marketing Team, Product Team, and other key stakeholders, you will create brand materials that effectively convey our message and represent our identity. You should not only be skilled but also truly passionate about creating visually impactful and engaging brand materials.     You will report to the Brand Design Lead.

    Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with the Brand, Communication and Marketing, and Product Teams to develop creative concepts and visual solutions for various projects
    • Create illustrations, graphics, and other visual elements that align with our brand system
    • Design and develop brand materials such as logos, icons, and typography systems
    • Ensure that all designs are consistent with the overall look and feel of our brand
    • Work with other designers and stakeholders to ensure a consistent look and feel across all our brand materials
    • Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards, project deadlines, and client expectations
    • Perform any Ad hoc tasks/duties as required

    About You

    • You have a strong portfolio showcasing your branding work
    • You are an expert knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant design software
    • You have strong illustration skills and an eye for visual design
    • Having a good understanding of motion design is a plus, but not required
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work well in a team environment
    • You can handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

    Motion Designer

    In this role, you will be instrumental in bringing our brand to life through visually engaging and impactful motion graphics. Working closely with the Communication and Marketing Team, Product Team, and other key stakeholders, you will bring creative concepts and ideas to life in a way that aligns with our brand playbook. You should not only be skilled but also truly passionate about visual design.     Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with our Brand, Communication and Marketing, and Product Teams to develop unique and impactful visual solutions for various projects
    • Conceptualize and design captivating motion graphics, animations, and illustrations that truly embody our brand
    • Create storyboards and animatic designs that effectively communicate your concepts and designs
    • Work closely with other designers and stakeholders to ensure a consistent look and feel across all our brand materials
    • Ensure that all deliverables meet the highest quality standards, are delivered on time, and exceed client expectations
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technology advancements to bring fresh and innovative ideas to our team

    About You

    • A strong portfolio showcasing your motion design work
    • Expert level proficiency in After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Cinema 4D and other relevant software.
    • An exceptional eye for visual design and a keen attention to detail.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

    Head, Business Banking

    In this role, you will be in a key position to fully take advantage of our products and the huge interest in Brass to drive our sales in the business banking category to the next level. You will grow, retain and optimize the widespread use of Brass’s current account. You will be responsible for building a competent team, as well as leading them to achieve all set targets. You will report to the CEO.

    Responsibilities

    • Run, own, and lead the business banking team to achieve business targets (both strategic and financial).
    • Define the sales coverage strategy for the business banking product.
    • Contribute to the definition of Brass’s growth & sales initiatives and ensure execution.
    • Be responsible for building the sales team by attracting, hiring, and maintaining top talent within the team.
    • Lead the development of team strategy.
    • Identify and develop a target pipeline and aggressively market for new profitable status customers.
    • Acquire new Corporate and Commercial partners.
    • Maintain high professional standards and strive to provide quality services and competitive pricing to customers.
    • Continuously identify and exploit cross-selling opportunities that embed the bank and its products with customer needs.
    • Provide support to help our customers grow their businesses.
    • Ensure compliance to Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti Money laundering (AML) requirements in all dealings with existing and potential customers.

    Account management:

    • Ensure the team achieves and exceeds its goals by setting up standard methodology and ensuring they are aligned with corporate objectives.
    • Be responsible for target and objective setting for the team
    • Work with the field team to ensure full coverage (geographical) of the key points of sale.
    • Ensure adequate product knowledge within the team through consistent learning and development.
    • Handle relationship management and business development among the existing large corporate customers including deepening the relationships.

    Business Operations Associate

    As the Business Operations Associate, your role will focus on providing assistance to the Business Operations team in the daily management of the business. Tasks will vary according to the business operations with a typical focus on the financial, inventory and human resources aspects of the business. You will report directly to the Chief of Staff. You will work to ensure Brass provides the best environment (physical and virtual) for staff to perform optimally every day.

    Responsibilities

    • Complete clerical and administrative tasks for the Operations unit
    • Cooperate with different departments to improve business operations
    • Ensure the provision of adequate office supplies & inventory is maintained on appropriate re-order levels.
    • Responsible for being Brass’s point person for office related inquiries such as documents delivery to office etc
    • Manage relationships with vendors and service providers such as EKEDC, LAWMA, Diesel suppliers, Janitors etc. Provide appropriate reports where necessary.
    • Support in preparing for all staff meetings.
    • Provide process support to other sub-teams; Finance and Employee Experience teams.
    • Provide important and reliable updates to the Ops unit especially Bus Ops.
    • Ensure all Business operations related bills are paid promptly.
    • Manage the Brass library system.
    • Attend meetings, take relevant notes and action points. Perform any Ad hoc tasks/duties as required

    About You

    • You are passionate about office management, project management, organization and process improvement.

    • You have a minimum 2 years experience in office administration in a business environment.
    • Experience in Fintech is a plus.
