    Senior HRBP - Recruitment, Talent and Learning Manager

    Job Summary

    • The Senior HRBP - Recruitment, Talent and Learning Manager provides strategic HR partnership to an assigned senior client population while owning enterprise-wide responsibility for Human Capital Development, covering recruitment, talent management, succession planning, learning, and capability development. The role ensures the Company builds and sustains a high-quality workforce with the technical, leadership, and operational capabilities required to operate safely, efficiently, and competitively in a safety-critical offshore logistics environment.     Key Accountabilities

    Senior HR Business Partnering (Client Population)

    • Act as a trusted adviser to senior leaders on people strategy, organisation effectiveness, workforce planning, and leadership capability.
    • Provide HR input into business planning, growth initiatives, restructures, and cost optimization decisions.
    • Coach senior leaders on performance management, talent decisions, succession planning, and leadership effectiveness.
    • Support complex people and organizational issues within the client group.

    Recruitment & Workforce Resourcing (Company-Wide)

    • Own and drive the Company’s recruitment and resourcing strategy across onshore and offshore roles.
    • Ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality hiring aligned to operational demands and manpower plans.
    • Oversee recruitment processes, vendor management, and employer branding initiatives.
    • Strengthen talent pipelines for critical offshore, marine, technical, and leadership roles.

     Talent Management & Succession Planning (Company-Wide)

    • Design and lead talent management and succession planning frameworks for key and critical roles.
    • Identify high-potential talent and support targeted development and retention strategies.
    • Partner with leaders to build internal talent pipelines and reduce dependency on external hiring.
    • Provide talent insights and recommendations to senior management.

    Learning, Capability & Leadership Development (Company-Wide)

    • Own the learning and development strategy, aligned to business priorities, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
    • Oversee technical, compliance, leadership, and behavioural development programmes.
    • Drive capability-building initiatives for offshore crew, supervisors, and management.
    • Measure learning effectiveness and return on investment.

    Governance, Analytics & Stakeholder Management

    • Establish governance frameworks for recruitment, talent, and learning activities.
    • Track and report key human capital metrics including time-to-fill, quality of hire, bench strength, and capability gaps.
    • Partner with Finance, Operations, Crewing, and HSE to align people capability with operational needs.
    • Manage external vendors, training providers, and consultants.

    Requirements

    Qualifications & Experience

    Education

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
    • Master’s degree and/or professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM-SCP, CIPD) preferred.

    Experience

    • 12–15 years of progressive HR experience, including senior HR Business Partnering roles.
    • Strong track record in recruitment, talent management, succession planning, and learning & development.
    • Experience in offshore logistics, marine services, oil & gas support, or a similarly complex, safety-critical environment preferred.
    • Sound understanding of Nigerian labour market dynamics.

    Electrician

    Job Summary

    • Responsible for ensuring fleet availability through preventive and corrective maintenance of vessel equipment onshore and offshore, including troubleshooting, repair, and overhauling of electrical systems and devices. The role also involves maintaining accurate maintenance records and reports, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions, ensuring compliance with safety procedures during operations, supporting inventory and warehouse management of tools and spare parts, and improving automation and electrical systems to minimize downtime and enhance operational efficiency.

    Job Details

    • Guarantee fleet availability by carrying out/supervising preventive and corrective maintenance of vessel equipment (including vessel related equipment) onshore and offshore and supporting maintenance / repair of defective equipment on board of vessels when required
    • Gather and submit all required reports such as
    • Fully detailed report for each job according to Job Request Procedure
    • Handover reports, etc...
    • All maintenance history to be correctly recorded in system
    • To analyze UPMP (root cause analysis) and implement corrective actions
    • Improve safety during operations (including shipyards) by following safety BOURBON safety procedure: carry out toolbox meeting and job safety analysis
    • Provide input on warehouse management (or storage container as applicable) such as tools and supporting equipment availability, carry out and update inventory list reconditioning of spare parts / equipment
    • Improvement of electrical troubleshooting and automation system for solve problems at minimum time
    • Daily work report to workshop supervisor
    • Replace all unsafe broken electric boxes, unsafe connections, joints and naked wirings
    • Overhauling of electrical parts and devices

    Requirements

    Qualifications & Experience

    Education

    • Bsc / HND in Electrical / Electronic Engineering.

    Experience

    • 2–5 years of progressive electrical/electrician experience.
    • Experience in offshore logistics, marine services, oil & gas support, or a similarly complex, safety-critical environment preferred.
