Account Officer at Uridium Technologies

Job Responsibilities: 

• Handle inventory management and tracking 
• Prepare invoices and manage billing processes 
• Maintain accurate financial and accounting records 
• Carry out account reconciliation and reporting 
• Provide weekly updates on receivables and payables 
• Support general accounting and administrative functions 
• Ensure proper documentation and record keeping 

Requirements: 

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales and distribution company. Experience with accounting software is an added advantage 
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and reporting 
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other basic accounting tools 
• Good communication and analytical skills 
• Male candidates are preferred for gender balance
