    Application Manager – Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC Developer

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central Functional & Technical Consultant that will be responsible for implementing, customizing, supporting, and optimizing Business Central solutions. This role bridges business needs with technical execution, ensuring efficient system design, development, and user adoption across finance, operations, and other business functions.

    Job Details

    • Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central solutions based on business requirements. 
    • Develop extensions using AL language for Business Central. 
    • Maintain and modify legacy solutions using C/AL where applicable. 
    • Create and customize tables, pages, reports, codeunits, and XMLPorts. 
    • Design and develop RDLC and Word reports. 
    • Implement business logic and validation within the application. 
    • Customize standard modules including Finance, Sales, Purchasing, and Inventory. 
    • Develop and expose APIs and web services (OData, SOAP). 
    • Strong proficiency in SQL for querying, reporting, and data analysis. 
    • Integrate Business Central with external systems such as payment platforms, banking systems, and third-party services. 
    • Build and maintain background processes, job queues, and scheduled tasks. 
    • Optimize application performance and troubleshoot system issues. 
    • Debug and resolve production issues and provide ongoing technical support. Perform data migration, data import/export, and data validation. 
    • Write and optimize SQL queries for reporting and troubleshooting. 
    • Ensure data integrity and consistency across the system. 
    • Manage extensions lifecycle including packaging, deployment, and versioning. 
    • Use version control systems such as Git and manage code via Azure DevOps . Participate in release management and deployment processes across environments. 
    • Support system upgrades from NAV to Business Central and handle code refactoring. 
    • Ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices and extension development standards. 
    • Collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders to refine requirements. 
    • Document technical designs, customizations, and system configurations. 
    • Monitor system performance and ensure reliability and availability. 
    • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers when required.

    Requirements

    • Strong understanding of financial processes including GL, AP, AR, and Bank Reconciliation. 
    • Strong understanding of procurement and sales processes. 
    • Experience with ERP implementation lifecycle. 
    • Ability to document requirements and processes clearly. 
    • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
    •  Proficiency in AL Development (Business Central). 
    • Proficiency in C/AL (Microsoft Dynamics NAV). 
    • Experience with Visual Studio Code (AL Extension). 
    • Experience with Git and Azure DevOps for version control. 
    • Knowledge of RDLC and Word report design. 
    • Knowledge of APIs, REST/SOAP web services. 
    • Knowledge of OData and integration patterns. 
    • Strong SQL Server skills including query writing, performance tuning, and data analysis. 
    • Understanding of Business Central architecture (On-Prem and SaaS). 
    • Understanding of extensions and customization best practices. 
    • Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps). 
    • Experience with Azure services such as Logic Apps, Functions, and Service Bus. Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. 
    • Familiarity with multi-tenant environments. 
    • Knowledge of API integrations, web services, and business process automation. 
    • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills. 
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

    Credit Analyst

    Job Summary

    • The Credit Analyst will support the bank’s lending activities by conducting detailed credit assessments on retail and SME loan applications. The role requires strong analytical capability to evaluate customer affordability, cash flow, and repayment capacity, while ensuring adherence to the bank’s credit policies and regulatory guidelines. The goal is to build a quality loan portfolio while minimizing default risk.

    Job Details

    • Conduct credit appraisal for retail, micro, and SME loan applications, including income verification, cash flow analysis, and affordability assessment. 
    • Evaluate borrowers’ creditworthiness using financial and non-financial information (bank statements, business turnover, credit bureau reports, etc.). 
    • Prepare detailed credit memos with clear risk analysis and recommendations for approval or rejection. 
    • Support high-volume loan processing while maintaining accuracy and turnaround time (TAT). 
    • Ensure all credit decisions align with the bank’s risk appetite, credit policies, and regulatory requirements. 
    • Monitor approved loans and flag early warning signals for potential default. 
    • Work closely with Business Development and Collections teams to ensure proper loan booking and recovery tracking. 
    • Review loan documentation to ensure completeness and compliance before disbursement.  
    • Track and report on portfolio performance, delinquency trends, and risk exposures. 
    • Support credit policy reviews and continuous improvement of lending processes. 
    • Address client inquiries and provide financial advisory support.
    • Support management in strategic decision-making.
    • Identify potential risks (industry, market, operational, and borrower-specific risks) and assign a risk rating or credit score to guide decision-making

    • Ensure daily bank reconciliation of all institutional schemes and portfolios, proprietary funds, mutual funds and private funds. 
    • Ensure accurate and prompt portfolio valuation of all institutional schemes and portfolios, proprietary funds, mutual funds and private funds. 
    • Ensure monthly portfolio reconciliation with third party confirmation e.g CSCS, S4, Custodian’s PV. 
    • Monitor and ensure corporate actions are accounted for timely and accurately on the core investment accounting application 
    • Ensure accurate monthly and quarterly SEC reports latest 5th and 10th respectively  
    • Ensure the preparation and payment of all fee invoices latest 10th day of the subsequent quarter

    Requirements
