    IT Manager

    • Supervise the IT and computer systems.
    • Manage information technology and computer systems
    • Plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
    • Assess vendors and develop test strategies for new hardware and software
    • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT
    • Design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, policies, and procedures
    • Ensure security of data, network access, and backup systems
    • Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy
    • Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
    • Audit systems and assess their outcomes
    • Regularly file reports on the functioning of the systems and department.

    Qualifications

    • First or second degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
    • Between 5 - 7 years of experience as an IT specialist
    • Energetic and highly motivated with excellent communication skills.
    • Experience leading and managing large IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies
    • Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and network installation
    • Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and of computer hardware/software systems
    • Expertise in data center management and data governance
    • Firm grasp on IT infrastructure and operations best practices
    • Can work independently, especially in handling business challenges.

    Accountant - International Business

    • Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and analysis of results with observations and recommendations to management on cash flow profitability, financial position, etc
    • Analysis of revenue and expenditure trends and recommendation of appropriate budget levels, in order to ensure expenditure control
    • Maintenance of Fixed Assets Register and ensure insurance premiums are promptly paid
    • Ensure the timely monthly Reconciliation of all Balance Sheet accounts, including all bank accounts indicating the elements of interest on Loan/Overdraft and other bank charges are up to date
    • Responsible for the effective delivery of General Accounting processes, data accuracy in line with established SLAs for the Finance function
    • Administration of the company's tax payment system, including the compilation and remittance of Staff PAYE tax deducted, Staff pension contribution, VAT collected, and withholding tax deducted
    • Interact with the internal and external auditors and also maintain a relationship with the company's bankers
    • Preparation of Monthly and Half-yearly Cash Flow projection
    • Maintenance of Accounts Payables and payments of vendors and other suppliers of goods and services
    • Maintenance of Account Receivables, Billing of respective clients, and recommendation of appropriate Credit Control Policy
    • Maintain accurate records of intercompany transactions and timely monthly
      reconciliation of intercompany payable and receivable balances
    • Prepare and reconcile the Trial Balance at year-end for Statutory Audit purposes and provision of all the required schedules which must tie to the TB.
    • Prepare budget forecasts
    • Perform other tasks assigned by the Group Financial Controller

    Qualifications

    • First degree in Accounting or Finance
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounting
    • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken) is a Must. 
    • Experience with French legal entity, French charts of accounts and French tax is a plus
    • Understanding of accounting principles and businesses in francophone countries
    • Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
    • Hands-on experience with accounting software like FreshBooks, Tally, SAGE, and QuickBooks
    • Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
    • Experience with general ledger functions
    • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
    • Basic Data Analytics skills such as PowerBI and Tableau will be a huge plus.

    Legal Intern

    Job Description

    • Assist in drafting and editing contract documents
    • Draft court documents, invoices, and enclosures at Legal Manager's requests.
    • Assist in developing confidentiality agreement
    • Organise legal memoranda and client correspondence.
    • Research documents and publications for details that would establish evidence.
    • Prepare retainer agreements, contact letters, and various publications and handouts for clients
    • Prepare motions and interrogatories
    • Responsible for printing, scanning, photocopying, and overall preparation of legal documents
    • Partake in meetings on behalf of the Legal unit on the authorization of your line manager
    • Undertake research and preparation of reports on matter in question to your line manager
    • Conduct intake interviews to spot legal issues for presentation at case acceptance

    Qualifications

    • BL / LLB qualification
    • 0 - 1 year of experience in a legal environment
    • Lawyers undergoing or recently completed their NYSC will be considered
    • Working with confidential documents and under confidentiality obligations.
    • Contract formation, preparation, negotiation, review, and drafting skills.
    • Identifies key risk areas in a contract.
    • Contract drafting and negotiation.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Good understanding of general and specific Company and commercial law
    • Good judgment and strong initiative
    • Strong interpersonal skills and a teamwork-oriented attitude
    • Proven ability to effectively juggle competing priorities
    • Strong ability to think strategically, creatively, and innovatively
    • High professionalism, self-motivation, efficiency, and results-oriented delivery on short timelines
    • Constant awareness of sensitivity and confidentiality involved in the function
