    Provisioning & Billing Executive

    • We are seeking a highly organized and detailed oriented Provisioning & Billing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for seamless provisioning across prepaid, postpaid, MNP, enterprise services and dealer relationship management. Additionally, he/she will monitor and optimize the back-office operations to achieve productivity and service level targets.

    Responsibilities
    Prepaid & postpaid Provisioning

    • Ensure resolution of provisioning request within SLA
    • Ensure that bulk provisioning process is in line with KYC compliance measures.
    • Special number request provisioning for External and Internal Customers.
    • KYC unbarring request provisioning.
    • Resolution of escalated provisioning issues within TAT.
    • Whitelisting of High Value customers on Platinum Help desk.
    • CUG and other service class provisioning on Network elements.

    MNP Provisioning

    • Resolution of all Inter-operator MNP Issues.
    • Manage and resolve all issues arising from batch/group postpaid port-ins and escalate issues as necessary.
    • Work with IT teams to create and ensure deployments and usage of system and capability enhancements for MNP solutions
    • Ensure that all ported numbers (port in and port out) are on the correct profile on network systems and applications.
    • MNP documentation exchange with operators, regulators and security agencies.

    Enterprise Service Support

    • Monitor daily transaction done on Cloud service platform.
    • Deactivate expired subscriptions as at when due.
    • Extend subscription for cases of renewal.
    • Change service type for customers after payment.
    • Liaise with IT to provision Static IP addresses on POS lines.

    Dealer Relationship Management

    • Carry out regular Voice of Dealers to monitor system and customer harmony and to gauge competition behaviour in the market.
    • Regular field visitation to Dealer locations to ascertain ground zero realities, training and engagements.

    Back Office Support

    • Monitor back-office tickets ensuring resolution within stipulated timelines & SLA
    • Optimise back-office productivity, achieving highest optimum levels
    • Ensure sufficient staffing across all back-office LOBs
    • Achieve 98% SLA for back-office operations
    • Prioritize resolution of dedicated queues/LOBs
    • Monitor and audit accesses monthly to prevent abuse

    Qualifications

    Educational Qualifications

    • First degree for any of the social sciences, a masters or an MBA will be an added advantage.

    Relevant Experience

    • 5-7 years of solid customer service experience.
    • Relevant experience in provisioning, CX and back-office Operations
    • Excellent organizational communication skills, analytical, numerical, problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to meet deadlines.
    • Advance proficiency in Microsoft Word, Power point and Excel
    • Ability to build strong working relationships, internal and external to the organization.
    • Provisioning accuracy and timeliness
    • High level of discretion

    Manager, Regional Security Operations - West Region

    • The purpose of the role is to effectively handle all security operational activities, liaise and manage relations with government security agencies, interface with Government Regulatory Agencies i.e. LGAS and State Govts, work permit community activities and contractors in order to minimize disruptions and ensure continuity of business operations in the region. In addition to this, the role will effectively manage the Security Operations and Administration in the entire West Regions (West and West Central Zones) of the country, by developing the framework for supervising the various Security Service Providers and equally coordinating the activities of the Regional Security Specialists in the Region. 

    Responsibilities

    Motivate and manage Security resources at the region to ensure safety and security of Airtel's assets and machinery.

    • Prioritizes the allocation of security resources to high-risk, high impact issues
    • Proactive and holistic enhancement of security across the Region.
    • Overall responsibility for the Security Infrastructures in the Region.
    • Coordinate Security operational activities at the region to ensure constant presence of guards at Airtel's locations
    • Oversee and supervise site-specific security procedures within the region
    • Performance evaluation for the various security service providers within the region
    • Regular interface between central security and the region

    Ensure effective liaison and relationship with community leader and regional indigenes and residents in the entire Region

    • Serves as primary security contact in the Region and ensure adequate planning and provision of resources for appropriate security initiatives
    • Anticipate and meet the challenges/needs of Airtel Networks stakeholders, including employees, contractors, communities, partners and service companies; manage security service delivery with internal business Groups
    • Works with Business Groups to prepare security strategy and ensure most cost-effective service delivery.
    • Communicate security issues and initiatives to business Groups and key stakeholders in a timely manner.
    • Proactively work with Government Agencies, including Police and Military to define and clarify roles, responsibilities and ensure that these Agencies’ actions are consistent with Airtel Networks standards
    • Effective and efficient supervision of Security Service Providers in the Region.
    • Ensure smooth communication and cordial relationship between company and host landlords, leaders and council of elders
    • Address community relation issues arising from time to time with communities hosting operational and proposed sites
    • Periodically survey host communities for the purpose of intelligence gathering and identifying relevant interest groups and principal personalities within such groups.
    • Sensitize host communities of company’s social development programmes and its potential benefits to the communities

    Effective and proactive Claims and Liabilities Management

    • Crisis management and planning
    • Builds relationship with business Groups, identify and anticipate their needs.
    • Generate periodic reports and maintain database of past, current and potential community issues, threats, demands and activities.
    • Identifying and advising on potential claim and liabilities and taking pre-emptive action to avoid such claims or liabilities

    Qualifications

    Educational Qualifications  

    • Bachelor’s degree in any of the humanities (Legal background will be an added advantage)
    • Possession of a post Graduate Degree will be an added advantage

    Relevant Experience 

    • 10 – 12 years post qualification experience in the various areas of Security Profession with a specialization in Operations, Intelligence and Surveillance, among others
    • Previous experience /membership of the Nigerian Police Force or any arm of the Military or State Security Service is highly essential
    • Membership of both Local and International Security Association is compulsory
    • Initiative, business management and decisiveness skills

    Other requirements 

    • Excellent and effective written and oral communication, as well as presentation skills
    • Must be a team player, confident, consistent and decisive in resolving security issues
    • Must be loyal and highly committed to achieving Organizational objectives and equally be willing to work at odd hours
    • Ability to adapt in a rapidly changing business setting and excel in a collaborative team environment.
