Key Responsibilities

• Install, level, and align casters and wheels on various equipment.
• Inspect and diagnose issues with casters, wheels, and related components.
• Repair or replace damaged or worn-out casters, wheels, and bearings.
• Conduct routine maintenance, including lubricating and cleaning casters and wheels.
• Ensure proper functioning and safety of casters and wheels.
• Collaborate with other maintenance personnel and departments to resolve issues.

Education

• SSCE, OND qualification.

Required Skills:

• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with hand tools, and power tools.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects.
• Good physical stamina and ability to work in various environments.
• Basic knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics.

• Design and develop assembly processes, procedures, and tooling for structural components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality.
• Create and maintain detailed assembly instructions, drawings, and documentation.
• Conduct structural analysis and simulation to validate assembly processes.
• Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure assembly accuracy and precision.

Qualification

• 3 - 11 years work experience.

• Interested candidates should possess a B.Eng / HND qualification with at least 3 years of work experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong Experience in Auto CAD 2D.
• Good Experience in Structural Detailing.
• Good Knowledge in towers Structure.
• Good Knowledge in Exel.
• Capable of working independently.
